Fantastic service from Laura at Leadingdog. I purchased two Fjord waterproof coats for my Labradors; one of which didn’t fit quite right. Laura promptly shipped the correct size and dealt with the refund for the returned items without any delay. Great and effective communication. Would definitely recommend.

Laura was very helpful and patient. My dog is long and low so there was a bit of trial and error getting a coat to fit and she helped by measuring the coats herself to help me decide.

The company allowed me to order the item even though there was no stock available. It was only when I chased them that they advised me of this and offered be a different product or refund. There was no communication that the item was out of stock until I contacted them and blamed their emails not going through but they contacted me by text message so why did they not do this in the first place. Amazing that I have received an email about the refund, so no real problem with emails then. I now have to wait 10 days for a refund. This is not acceptable. How long would I have to wait if I hadn't contact them and current 360 out of pocket until the refund goes through

Bought 3 Mendota dog leads. One lost and one chewed through!!! They are very nice soft and lightweight in two lengths and a variety of colours, so although a little pricey I will probably buy these again in the future.

We purchased a long lead for our dog and it is exactly what we needed. It’s good quality and once it got very muddy so I washed it and it came up like new.
