Ordered a collar next day delivery it was 8 days still didn't arrive. Called and and it went straight to message every single time. Emailed.. No reply. Ended up having to get my bank to investigate and return my money. I think that this is a fake scam company. Would not recommend using.

Not received my items ,no tracking number for parcel either
On a further note received items as described ,but only after 2 emails with no reply . Items posted by 1 st class on 20th Aug, I paid for on 31st July. Bare bones a good start would be to reply to emails ,you ll find people more willing and understanding if they know whats going on

Great dog boots - arrived safely after a week. Was slightly concerned initially due to lack of email to say they had been despatched and then unable to reach company through phone or email. But used ‘ contact us ‘ form and then had great communication.

Was disappointed in coller for GSD have given it to daughter for cocker spaniel!

After reading some reviews I was sceptical, but I was positively surprised. Package was delivered within promised time. The only flow was lack of communication from the seller.

Ordered a planet dog orbee tuff bone which arrived in good time, however despite it supposedly being a tuff bone my 18 month old took a lump out of it within 10 mins. I messaged bare bones to complain but never heard another word from them, they then had the cheek to request a review! Well there you go review done terrible customer service

Paid for item and after 2 weeks no order delivered and no contact at all after emailing twice and calling. Phone goes straight to answerphone. On their site they say delivery between 3-5 working days and two full weeks later have heard NOTHING. Will be reporting them.

My GWP lost her favourite ball and I was struggling to find a replacement. I ordered one online and was delighted to receive it before Xmas!! Excellent communication as well!! Thank you from me and a very happy Wire!!

An awful experience of this company sadly. Placed an order with details of required engraving. I wasn’t sure the engraving details had been sent so I emailed and also used their messaging system to confirm my requirements. I received no contact at all so resent both email and message and again got zero acknowledgment. I then received a full refund for my order with no explanation, apology or courtesy message. I would have given zero stars if that were an option for non existent customer service, no communication and total lack of consideration shown for the customer.
