Great service from the LCE Bath Store

Great service from the Bath team. My lens was ordered in the afternoon, dispatched same day and delivered the next morning! They even gave me a call to check I'd be available to receive it as it needed a signature. The lens (used) is also great and exactly as described in the advertisment.

Great and helpful staff

I was having problems with my Nikon camera and lenses. Went to the Bath store, and they were amazingly helpful, and solved the problem. They even located a replacement lens for me.

Excellent Customer Service

This purchase with this store was 100% top class service. Communication was very efficient, as I was kept informed of the delivery and to when this would arrive etc. This feedback here is purely in relation to this purchase with this Store (Bath) at this time. The staff was both friendly and professional throughout and I highly recommend using LCE at Bath.

Very helpful service

Very helpful service . Requested plain parcel for postal delivery, as was a present for my partner. Delighted to be phoned by nice man from Bath store & reassured that this would be done .

Good experience all round

They stocked the very hard to find model of binoculars I was looking for (Nikon Monarch M7+, everyone else had the M7). Delivery was quick, no fuss.
