Great little camera shop with enthusiastic employees, a good selection and very good second-hand selection, especially online. Website and online purchase system is a tiny bit archaic but it's always been packaged well and the quality is good.

Anyone can make a mistake but this one was corrected immeadiately. Description of items for sale is spot on too. Items well packed and fast (next day if ordered during the morning) delivery. Absolutely fantastic company. I ordered some binoculars as an anniversary present for my husband but he had the same idea (we are off on safari).
