Great service.

I ordered a pair of binoculars that were on offer. The next day, I received a call which I missed, but it was quickly followed by an email explaining that the model I had chosen was no longer in stock. However, they would happily replace them with a similar model of a higher price, but for the same price as the reduced model I purchased.

Are Your Sure this wasn't New?

I've used London Camera Exchange for at least 14 years and I have to say I trust the company completely.

Last week I bought a Canon 90D body (used) that was advertised as having less than 1000 shutter actuations.

I'm not actually convinced the device wasn't an open box return. The body is utterly immaculate and even the packaging was 'as new'.

The communication was excellent, as always, excellent so I can honestly say they the Bath store provided me with outstanding service. Chapeau!

Great Products & Great Service

Very knowledgeable and helpful Staff at Bristol LCE Branch who answered my queries and accommodated my "Click & Collect" request swiftly and without fuss. Item ordered midday Friday and received / collected from local Portsmouth Branch Sunday morning. Great products and great service!
