Lazy Jacks Clothing Arvostelua

Good quality comfortable clothing and great customer service!

Love my Lazy Jacks top just as much as I love all the other Lazy Jacks.clothing that I have

Excellent item. Exactly what I wanted and a brilliant service.

Been buying Lazy Jacks tops for my partner for many years and she loves them. Having purchased a Christmas gift from them for her all was good.
Just after Christmas they contacted me with Sale Offers so thought I would try a couple of items for myself plus another top as a gift for a special day for my partner.
Nothing arrived so contacted them on 6th January - they apologised, staff illness, but said the order would arrive the following day but nothing so I cancelled the order.
Today I get a message from a different member of staff saying that one of the items was now out of stock and would I like a substitute, WTF! So I was misled not only had my order not shipped but it hadn’t even been picked, appalling.

Will not be buying Lazy Jacks products again.

Quality purchases would strongly recommend Lazy Jacks clothing always more than satisfied with the all our purchases. They fit well and are serviceable and hard wearing.

The sweaters and dresses are true to size but I’ve bought a coat I tried on and it’s 2 times bigger than my usual fit for coats , quite embarrassing when you are a certain size and have to take a much bigger size so you are comfortable

The description of some of your sizing of your clothing is very confusing! 1/4 zip sweatshirts in particular. The website indicated i.e. 10-12, the sizing guide indicated a size i.e. 12,14,16 etc and yet the item came in a bag clearly marked 12! Mine fitted luckily. A friend wasn't so lucky and had to re-order and return an item. The thickness of the fabric isn't like it used to be which is a real shame.

Great quality as usual. Fast delivery

Super efficient from the beginning of my purchase to receiving my parcel ,
Couldn’t be happier . And the item is exactly what I expected, good quality .

I have a few Lazy Jack tops and love them. However, my recent purchase was disappointing. The quality didn't seem the same as usual. Not worth the cost. I decided to return the items and am awaiting my refund.

Easy online ordering & efficient delivery etc. BUT, the gauge/weight of the sweatshirt fabric was considerably thinner than the one I was replacing (which I ordered & received c.4 years ago) so very disappointed & will be returning.

I love the quality of Lazy Jack's hoodies..
One had a snatch in the material, I emailed a photo to them, they sent me a returns form, it was returned and money refunded very quickly 5*

Styling, size and delivery were as described. The clothing itself was a little thinner in fabric than I expected.

Great communication and speedy delivery. I love my items. My sweatshirt and gilet fit me perfectly and very good quality

I love my new top, and I’m always happy with all your clothes, very good quality at a reasonable price.

Love everything about your company and love all the clothes and bags etc that I have bought from you.

Lazy Jacks clothing is amazing, have been buying for many years now. Customer service was brilliant, thank you so much Emma for all your help with Customs issues, so helpful and she sorted things for me….she is a credit to the Company!
Will continue to always buy Lazy Jacks, wonderful products.

Fast service . Thank you
