Technician: Paul Sutcliffe

A very thorough service from Paul that we are more than happy with. Paul treated all our members of staff as individuals and clearly cares about helping everyone he sees while making sure all issues are addressed and our staffs safety in the workplace and at home is his priority.

We will certainly be requesting Paul for our next annual health checks.

The only negative that comes to mind would be the appointment times provided from Latus, from having a health check myself I feel that the allocated 30 minutes per appointment(MSK, spiro and hearing)is no where near enough to provide the service that we expect and what Paul delivers, this then puts pressure on the tech to essentially rush through.

Exceptionally rude and condescending customer service. Rang up to rearrange an appointment due to illness (within cancellation timeframe) but went on like I was committing some heinous crime? Not sure what your employee had going on in her life but she really needs to sort the attitude out or consider another job that isn’t customer facing. Disgusting attitude to have for working for an occupational health company.
