Lastminute Arvostelua 

Had to cancel an interstate flight in September 2021 due to all the borders closing across Australia due to pandemic. Rang Lastminute.com.au to get a refund, they said they would only give travel vouchers for flights, and to get a refund for accommodation i had to contact the hotel directly myself, (which luckily they happily did)
We were told we had a year to use our flight vouchers (August 21 - August 22) In February i got an email from lastminute to say we had to travel by May 1st, or we would lose our vouchers.

Day 1: I spent 4 hours on phone trying to rebook our original trip. I Spoke to, and got disconnected from 2 different agents who told me i had to book with Virgin Airline direct, each time waiting in a queue for up to 1hr. Upon ringing Virgin Airways directly, they told me they couldn't book my flights as the vouchers were being held by a third party, and they would do it once Lastminute gave them the authority to do so. Got back on phone to Lastminute, spoke to another 2 agents, disconnected from both half way through my bookings!
Day 2: spent 2.5 hours on phone... first agent told me again i had to ring the airline directly, when i explained what Virgin Airlines had told me, she put me on hold to ring airline directly..and yes i got disconnected!
Luckily finally the 2nd agent was very accommodating as I was quite angry by then. After i explained the problems i had been having, and probably not very nicely I might add!…..Finally after being on phone with him for 1hr, and him promising he would refresh the call regularly, my flights were rebooked….Hallelujah!!
As it’s actually an American company and not Australian as website shows (last minute.com.au)
I certainly will not be using them again😠

An easy to use website to buy cheap flights. Their customer service was super helpful especially with the uncertainty around flying atm.

Why should we pick a star?

In February 2020, we bought tickets for a trip overseas in July. Obviously, because of the pandemic, we had to cancel our trip. We got a credit for our flights which we thought we would be able to use the following year. Comes in June 2021 and a new lockdown, so we ask to have the credit refunded, which we were told we were totally allowed to.

On the phone, in June, we were told the refund was processed and that it would take up to 12 weeks to get the refund. In October, still nothing. We contacted lastminute.com and asked why our tickets were not refunded, we were told that they were refunded on the 25th of August 2021 and the problem was with our bank. Of course, we did not believe it especially when I checked my last-minute account I saw that we still had the credit.

Our bank confirmed last minute never tried to process any refund. So, we have lodged a complaint with NSW FairTrading. We are speaking thousands of dollars...
I cannot believe how those people are able to plainly lie to our face...

Now my husband is with lastminute.com.au on the phone and they still lying to him telling him that now it is the airline fault. Lies, lies, lies...

Our flight was canceled by the airline and we were offered a refund IF we reach out to them and instruct them to do so. It is however, impossible to contact their customer support and hence impossible to get the a refund. There is no email, just a phone number that hangs up on you.
The money is lost...

Vol NANTES DUBAI annulé suite covid-19 en mars 2020.
J'attends toujours mon remboursement.
AIR FRANCE a crédité LASTMINUTE en juillet 2020.
Ce matin 17/09/21 en téléphonant à LASTMINUTE on me dit (on car jamais le nom de votre interlocuteur est donné) qu’Air FRANCE avait refusé le remboursement, alors que le 03/09/21 une personne de LASMINUTE m'a téléphoné pour me prévenir que je recevrai un e-mail pour me demander mes coordonnées bancaires j'ai bien reçu l'e-mail, j'ai renseigné mes coordonnées bancaires cela fait 2 semaines et RIEN.
Ce matin j'ai demandé à mon interlocutrice de pouvoir parler à un responsable, celle-ci me dit à 15h et me donne le nom de M.MARTINEZ, j'appelle à 15h, je demande M.MARTINEZ "on" me répond il n'y a pas de M.MARTINEZ.
Je pense que toutes les personnes qui rencontrent un problème de ce genre avec LASMINUTE devraient se regrouper à des fins de justice.

Have been waiting over a year for my refund on a Thai airways flight that was cancelled due to Covid .

Customer service are of no help and Thai won't speak to me saying I have to go via Lastminute

Lastminute.com, une très mauvaise agence de voyage en ligne !!!
Aucun accompagnement pour modifier des dates de nos 5 vols vers l’Italie le 2 mai 2021 (en période de test et de quarantaine obligatoires).
Seulement un appel le jour même du départ avec une proposition de modification de vols pour un prix trois fois plus élevé que le prix du voyage initial, réglé début 2020.
Plus jamais je ne ferai appel à ces intermédiaires incompétents et impuissants, qu’il s’agisse d’edreams , de liligo, d’opodo, de govoyage, d’expedia…

Week-end 09/2020 annulé par lastminute , toujours pas de remboursement en vue , des voleurs et à éviter et ils sont comme excuse ce serait nous qui avons annulé ,

Mon vol pour Prague du 22/10/20 a été annulé le 29/09/20. J'ai reçu un mail
de lastminute le 7/10 concernant la validation du remboursement.
Nous sommes le 17/04 et n'avons toujours pas d'infos et pas de remboursement. Service client injoignable et pas de réponses à mes mails.

Depuis un ans je suis en attente..
Voyage surprise organisée par mon entourage pour mon mariage en septembre 2020 et annulé une semaine avant le mariage verdict de last minute... juste le remboursement des taxis les reste rien donc on peut s'asseoir sur 500 euros .
C'est un scandale !! Quand on les appelle on nous dit d'envoyer un mail qu'on fait 20 fois et toujours rien.

A éviter !!!!! Des voleurs!!!!!

Meget dårlig oplevelse!
- Lastminute tilbageholder mine penge for annuleret fly, har fået en voucher, men den kan jeg ikke bruge til en skid, og de nægter og udbetale mine penge.
Mega dårlig service.
Vil ALDRIG bruge dem igen.

Pas rembourser depuis 1ans suite au covid et ne donne aucune nouvelle impossible de les joindres mais pour envoyer des pubs sa ils savent faire..

Lastminute og Bravofly beholder refusionen fra SAS på aflyst afgang og kan ikke oplyse mig om, hvornår refusionen vil blive udbetalt. Det er dårlig service og meget utrygt.

they have shut down their customer service.
Nobody to reach out to get refund.
Even if the company is ready to refund, Lastminute is just letting everybody hanging.

They offer all kind of excuses for not offering refunds or vouchers hiding behind false T&C from the airlines. They state that airlines like British Airlines are not offering refunds or vouchers which is a total lie, because their T&Cs clearly state they offer vouchers. It's the scummiest org I had to deal with.

Nous sommes rentrés de notre voyage depuis quelques jours...

Voyage qui s'est déroulé avec du stress le premier jour et un relogement dans des conditions qui n'etaient pas celles que nous avions réservé : absence de piscine et en petit déjeuner au lieu d'une demi pension.

Nous vous demandions une assistance et qu'une autre solution soit trouvé et rien de cela nous a été apporté.

La personne qui nous a proposé la solution nous a délibérément menti : nous avons bien dit que nous acceptions la proposition pour une seule nuit car nous ne voulions continuer à attendre dehors.

Ce voyage a été une grosse déception concernant la gestion par Lastminute et nous a occasionné des frais imprévus : multiples trajets inutiles en taxi avec bagages le premier jour + frais de restaurant supplémentaires de 240 euros pour 2 pour les repas du soir.

J'ai étais un bon client chez lastminute mais faute de compensation du préjudice subi je ne reiterera pas de nouvelles commandes de voyages chez vous.

En attendant un véritable retour cette fois ci.

Still waiting for a cash refund for cancelled flights from Thai Airways even though the refund was issued by the Airline.

There is no possible way to query this as they have abandoned all communication with their customers.
