Last.fm Arvostelua 

This application is not serving its purpose, I would call it useless honestly. It is not counting my use of streaming platforms, which I thought is due to technical problems with their application.
Imagine my surprise when I realised they just don't like the music I listen to and they aim to remove it from their charts.
So I am now removing myself form this platform and I won't be using their service again.

Regardless of what music I like or dislike, I expect from an application that is claiming to track all users interest to reflect their actual users interests. They definatly don't do that anymore.

I have never imagined that an application dedicated to music fans and wildly used by fandoms will want to suppress and exclude actual real users who angage on daily basis with their application, just because we are not western music centred.

Their blatant disrespect toward artists and fans is borderline xenophobic.

Non posso dare un voto pari a zero, ma DOPO 16 anni di utilizzo, oltre ad essere un'app e un sito obsoleti, che facevano fatica ad aggiornare le canzoni che ascoltavo, a seguito di un commento pubblicato sui social media dall’amministratore dell’account Twitter, ho chiuso il mio account.
Il pregiudizio nei confronti degli artisti asiatici e dei fan come me non dovrebbe essere tollerato.

Been using it for more than a year now and it doesn't reflect all my streams anymore. Truly disappointing. Statsfm here we go

Its the worst app ever. Pls dont make this kind of app ever again. Not worth of anything.

Everyone working at last.fm are racist and xenophobic and should be ashamed of themselves.

Not sure if it's due to the new management, but their social media account manager, their developers, and their forum moderators are all exhibiting blatant racism and xenophobia towards foreign artists with baseless and ignorant stereotyping to discredit them. Shady incendiary comments from their official channels. And blatant discriminatory treatment, censorship and stereotyping of people who listen to foreign artists.
On top of that there's a weird shift to focus on payola influenced streaming (such as passive listeners from curated playlists). Just disgusting to watch a once trusted site turn so bad so quickly.

I've had an account for over 2 decades, but I'm so disgusted with this recent behaviour I deleted it with no regrets.

Edit: looks like lastfm staff are now giving themselves 5 star reviews here and doubling down on their xenophobia with even more blatant racism. Their corruption knows no bounds. Truly a cesspool of a platform they've build.

The music-tracking is unstable and irritating. This tracking program often fails to track the music I played on Spotify, sometimes several hours of playing are missing. Also, I have never managed to get it to work with apple music; there is non-existent customer service. Toxic experience. If you know, you know.

Very bad, doesn't register all your scrobbles, also app version doesnt load

My streams are inaccurately reported. I could stream a full album and it not be reflected. Many of my fan friends experienced the same. I cannot trust my music data with this company.

Doesn't count my scrobbles well, had quite some issues with that including app bugging and disconecting often.

xenophobic app that specifically limits non western artists. Racist and hateful admins on twitter, switch to better app, it’s not worth it either to collaborate or use. 0 starts if i could.

Last.fm fails to respond to abuse reports about infamous cybercrime site capetinhas.blog. Twenty two successful complaints procedures in the LumenDatabase.org to date and yet last.fm fails to take responsibility when it comes to online abuse of random women and girls on its own site.

I joined Last.fm because I heard high praises of their recommendation system. And the recommendation system is indeed good, that's why I put good rating.

However, the music-tracking is unstable, often it refuses to track the music I played on Spotify, sometimes several hours of playing are missing. Very annoying.

Without this service it would be much harder for me to look for good bands
