Laines London Arvostelua

My order was processed and delivered quickly. The three pairs of slippers were exactly what I wanted.

Laines were very helpful when I wished to change the product I ordered last minute. The cape has now arrived and is fabulous quality. I am very happy and will shop with them again.

Thrilled!!🤩

Love them so much, made my birthday special ❤️ unique and fabulous

Love my Laines slippers — super comfy and they look fab. Everyone comments on them 💛

Bought a pair of sandals in the sale for a birthday present, the recipient was delighted and I was very impressed with the quality. What a quirky and fun gift to give to someone!

Please note that the Trustpilot review was prompted by the company itself. As of now I haven’t received tracking information (contrary to the reply) and that is the reason for a bad review. Please note that the currently stated shipping policy is up to 5 business days for Croatia meaning it’s false advertising

One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! I wanted a pair of ‘bespoke’ slippers and Chantelle made the process so easy. I had the slippers delivered in a matter of days and they were better than I imagined. Stunning quality. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!!!! Thank you again Chantelle. I wish you every success.

How quick my slippers came even though I requested the broach to been sewn on.

I have been dealing with Chantelle at Laines for my items, slippers, a cape and bag. The communicaiton has been fantastic, quick, professional but friendly and engaging. Just that process gave me a huge amount of confidence in the brand.
The items arrived yesterday and i couldn't be happier, so much so I am going to place another order for friends and family Christmas presents.

I ordered 2 pairs of classic slippers for gifts for my 2 best friends. They arrived quickly, beautifully packaged and looking even nicer in real life. Absolutely gorgeous quality slippers and the brooches are stunning. Every little detail is just exquisite. Can’t wait to give them to my friends. I highly recommend Laines. Thank you.

customer service helped me out right away when I needed the shipping address changed because it was a gift for my sister! I LOVE these slippers and so does she now that she got a pair!

This is my second pair and was lucky enough to get them in the sale… pink with black panthers- I love them. I’m still wearing my older ones (black with jellyfish!) so these are going away for when I need them as the old ones are still so sturdy and pretty!

Got my item so much quicker than i expected! My slippers are the best quality and the brooches are so beautifully made! I had no reason to contact the company so I can’t review their customer service. Highly recommend buying from Laines London

Fabulous quality, love these 5*****

I was excited to get these for a bestie's birthday- they are perfect! Actually very pretty and comfortable. Size was great. The shipping was a bit wonky to the US, the address I input for the order did not translate well to the DHL delivery and it ended up delayed for several days. Other than that SUPER HAPPY with the purchase!
