Ladybird Insurance Arvostelua 

Avoid!! AVOID!! AVOID!! This is a terrible fraudulent company they are not ladybird they are Aviva, customer service horrible asking obscene questions which don’t relate to car insurance. Wanting documents regarding my property which is nothing to do with car insurance. They use google maps to search for your property and see if it “looks” right? Please do not use this company they are misleading and invasive!!

We took out an insurance policy with Ladybird insurance, we decided this wasn't the insurance company for us due to very poor service, and cancelled the policy online. This policy is still live and no response from the insurance company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! The customer service is disgraceful, the insurance is a scam really as they ask for documents they do not need for insurance, and also do not cancel policies when customers request. We have subsequently cancelled this policy online 6 times to no avail which could cause huge problems when looking to go with another company.

In response to the reply from Ladybird Insurance, the email address provided has already been emailed three times.

Avoid!!! Horrible experience with this insurance company. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I would go for negative rating if it is possible.

Trying to get a windscreen changed with these clowns is worse than pulling bloody teeth. Do not use this company for insurance as they are awful and you have to deal with god knows how many different companies to get an answer to anything, oh and there website should be called a webshite, it is worse than awful

Took out a new policy. A day after received an email to advise I need to pay an additional premium as I didn't declare an accident my wife had. Phoned to explain that it was not an accident but that someone had driven into her car at her work car park. She only reported it to her insurer for police records but didn't make any further claim on the policy, hence why I didn't report it as it didn't seem relevant as an accident, especially as she was not at fault in the first instance. Customer Service we unhelpful and one could not reason with them. No one could explain how the premium was calculated as it was almost 20% additional on what I had paid upfront for the year. Only option I was given is to contact my wife insurer from 2 years ago and ask them to remove this incident from the list. Again, very unhelpful and not customer focused.

Amanda was lovely, polite and helpful. I was struggling to pay fir the policy online and she helped me to understand why. The phone line wasn't very good and she was super patient and friendly throughout. Thank you.

The fees to cancel are £139 if you are within your 14-day cool off period. If you are outside of that period the fees go up to £139 plus £25, plus 10% of your overall insurance value.

Please correct me, Ladybird, if I am wrong and I'll happily take a refund. But this is extortion, heavily advise against them.

Poor service, give quote and cover, take your money, then cancel your policy for reasons of age which has already been declared.

Worst customer service i have ever experienced. Got sold a policy over the phone, when i supplied documents they charged me £800 more. I said i didnt want the policy - they have charged me 10% of the policy and £75 admin fee to cancel. This girl i dealt with said 'it wasnt her problem' AWFUL!!

My daughter has just cancelled her car insurance during the cooling off period she has been charged £60 cancellation fee Can anyone help

If there is a minus minus star I would definitely give this horrible conning company. Too many issues with communication issues. Staff need to go for communication course. They send me a renewal for my car . Calling 3 times in a week . They keep telling they are busy and going to call back . It’s 3 weeks now. Not a call .they keep sending me renewal message till now but pointless to call them.

Frustrating - cannot get any information on the portal. Half an hour to get through to company only to be told I could expect a call back in three days time as the call was intercepted by a receptionist.

Shocking company will never use in my life again just a bunch of scam artists
