Ordering was easy, customer service great. Ladders were delivered next day and are good quality. No complaints!

Access staircase came on time with…

Access staircase came on time with fairly straightforward instructions, the website did say they included fixing brackets but these weren’t enclosed. After enquiring about the brackets I was advised it was an error and they aren’t supplied.
Overall a good product, well made and finished and does the job.
