Customer service poor,promised delivery verbally on two occasions and by email on one occasion.All delivery promises failed to materialise,finally delivered one week after ordering
When the package arrived it looked like it had been in wreck,fortunately it was only the packaging and contents were ok

Great set of ladders
I bought the 2 section 3.5 M closed for use with traditional window cleaning
The only downside is that they came with a safety bar that fits to the bottom which is not something I’d generally use with moving house to house and window to window quickly, so I had to purchase some feet and fit them myself.
That’s the only reason I gave 4 stars.
Overall a good solid set of ladders and quick delivery, I will buy these again.
