Na het kopen van een tas werd ik…
Na het kopen van een tas werd ik opgebeld dat er een vergissing was ivm foto´s en dat ik de tas niet kon kopen omdat ze er niet was.ze zouden het geld terug storten. Nochtans had ik 15 min na de aankoop getelefoneerd over de staat van de tas en alle aanwijzingen klopten met de aangekochte tas. De tas staat op dit moment ook nog altijd bij de verkochte tassen.... ik begrijp het niet en vind het jammer dat ik de aangekochte tas van delvaux niet toegestuurd kreeg...

I purchased a Hermès item from this online store and paid for shipping. A few hours after receiving the order confirmation, I was sent an email — with no subject line and written in Dutch — stating that the item was no longer available due to an internal error.
Given the reputation the store claims to have, presenting itself as one of the most exclusive boutiques in Belgium, I initially assumed this must have been a misunderstanding. However, after calling to clarify the situation, I had to insist repeatedly and wait three days before finally receiving my refund. Throughout the entire process, I did not receive a single proper apology.
Charging customers for items that are not actually available and only issuing a refund days later — without any formal explanation or apology — is not what one would expect from a supposedly high-end retailer.

In this case, an internal synchronization error caused the Hermès item to remain visible on our website for a short time after it had already been sold. We fully understand how frustrating this must have been, especially after completing your purchase.
We also regret that the communication you received did not meet the level of service we aim to provide. Your feedback regarding the email and the delay in the refund has been shared internally so we can improve our processes and ensure clearer and faster communication in the future.
