The buying experience itself was fair. Despite the hitch with PayPal, everything went through. Delivery was fast. What left bad taste in my mouth is the customer service on Instagram. I asked for a simple question about buying the books and what I got was a slightly mocking answer from whomever behind the account. It’s really disappointing especially coming from an Islamic book publisher that has been around for 15 years.

After sending an email and leaving a comment on Instagram I still haven't received my book or a response. Never buying from here again

I've been ordering books from Kube Publishing for some time now, and I must say I was never disappointed! Extremely good, fast service and I have to mention I order to a different country than UK! Great selection of islamic books for adults and kids, everybody can find something for themselves. I can really recommend!

Excellent service, delivery was quick and the books were in perfect condition when received. Looking forward to reading the commentary of Sahih Muslim by Adil Salahi. Will be purchasing the rest of the volumes soon!

The delivery took 2 weeks which is fine. There are a few book recommendations added which is fun. The only con is that you need to pay extra 15 euros if your order is delivered with bpost(in Belgium) but that doesn't really have anything to do with this webshop or the book. I'm happy to get my book and can't wait to start reading!! <3

Everything is great, packaing and devery time as well except that the parcel cannot be be traced.

I could not download the e-book from my order page in the website. I sent email to the email stated in FAQ section but there were no response at all till now.
