Still no answer....
They don't answer mail, they don't want anything to do with you as soon at you have paid them.

The response from them was very quick and had all the information that I needed. Everything was handled quickly and I was very happy with the outcome.

Fraud. Not as ordered. Cheap and ugly.

perfect condition and packaging, amazing quality and very innovative, kind of pricy but still very unique and thoughtful.

My Hubpacks zipper broke after only one year, while the clickpack pro made it for years and only the material itself just started to fall apart.

Anyway, I thought the guys from korin will fix this in a nice way. Now I've got options, sending back while paying the delivery by myself (against European law) or I can get a 50% discount on a new purchase. Please have I mind that there is a 40% discount for years now. Offering 10$ more is like, yeah, we don't really care about your problem and our lifetime warranty.

I liked this brand a lot but this experience made me to rethink about it. Be aware ordering on their page.

Update 1:
I still get only a 20% discount and a little bag on top. The only winner in this lifetime warranty is Korin itself. Be aware, when not living next to China to ship it cheaply back. Sending money back is impossible because one year is like too long period. Probably that's the definition of lifetime. Thanks guys.

Update 2:
After still trying to solve this thing, Korin agreed to send me a new Hubpack. The only thing they asked for was to change my review. I agreed. I would rate it in a better way, for sure. Although it was my time and this stubborn way of asking and mailing. Not 5*, but better.

Two weeks and several mails later? Nothing happened. Nothing. Probably K is serious about the "wish you a good lifetime" as sort of a goodbye.

Thanks for that Korin. Appreciate your effort, your lifetime support and warranty and kindness.

Unique design, features that other backpacks simply don't offer, and excellent craftsmanship. Absolutely top-notch.
Fast delivery, considering the distance.
Good price; buying directly from the manufacturer is cheaper than buying from a retailer in Germany.

First of all, they were very proactive in communicating with me. I needed to change the shipping address to a different country, and they handled it without any issues since the product hadn’t been shipped yet.

I've been using the backpack for less than a year, and I love my Clickpack X. The design is stylish and perfectly suited for my daily commute. Additionally, when I’m wearing it in crowded places, I don’t have to worry about anyone trying to steal anything from it.

Everything is perfekt

Solid bag, but has some minor issues. The strap can easily be unhooked if you are not wearing it. Avoid getting the lock wet or it will interpret as contact. Be sure to take the fingerprint at your most used angle. Finally, there is no extra spot on the bag to carry a water bottle or mug.

It’s really nice products,it fix’s everything I need when traveling. Hope everyone can have one

Fantastico! Korin è un negozio fantastico. Io ho acquistato il primo zaino 3 anni fa e poi ne ho acquistato un secondo e poi una paio di borse che trovo comodissime. Le ho consigliate anche ai colleghi in ufficio e anche loro hanno trovato le borse perfette.

I bought a product from their Kickstarter, and I am extremely frustrated because I still haven’t received it. They completely ignore all my complaints, and it’s been almost a year with no product and not even a single explanation. This experience has been incredibly disappointing and upsetting.

It's the second time a delivery from them is returned by Brazilian customs due to faulty documentation.
They don't return my e-mails or refund me.

Scam.
Didn’t receive any product.
Helpdesk has no reply.
Customer service has never replied.

How do I get my money back.
