Received a superb level of service from Jamie Noel and Susie Preston on the sale of our house. It was not without complications yet Jamie navigated them with great skill and reassurance, always keeping us totally informed and updated. Sent nasty letter to me on behalf of landlord
Sent a letter to me on behalf of my landlord SNG threatening legal action for repair works that were delayed to be carried out even though the repair was already booked in.
Rathar than mediating, the law firm sent an unsigned letter threatening and intimidating me to comply which came across as coercive and unfair considering my health issues.
Though my landlord were in the wrong and later apologised for the letter, the apology should have come from the law firm for acting on false information from my landlord.
Still no apology from them.
