Beste Michel, kopen bij Kleyn betekent dat toezeggingen worden nagekomen. Morgen, maandag kijk ik in ons systeem naar onze afspraken. Daarna bel ik u op om een en ander uit de wereld te helpen. Ook van u maken we een tevreden klant.

Dont recommend to nobody this company…
Dont recommend to nobody this company ... its really bad and they dont look what they sell they just speak nice til you have some problems. I was both bus couple weeks ago and they sad it's perfect condition but just after one day it's coming engine light. I was thinked ok that's can happen they can fix all good. Then they was tooked van for one week they sad they fixed everything now its all good you are ready to go. But on the way from them to home after 30min my engine light coming back how it was before and after couple minutes my gear box was out not working also gas pedal not working. And when you call to them and ask for help they dont want to help and they speak in that way that its almost your fold that its broken and then they send you to another collega. And in my opinion its not normall when they fixing all week and when you pick up they say everything its perfect now and not even after one hour it's broken again. They just want to help you to buy car from them in that moment they speak wery nice til you buy. And after you have just problems. Maybe it's not with all bus from them but in my opinion they just want to sell and they will say everything what they can that you just buy from them. Don't recommend.

Dear customer, in our system I can see that your Citroen from 2018 with 150.000 km came to us with a defect. We have repaired this defect, cleaned the fuel system and changed the filters. After that we drove 60 km without any problem. Our engineer told you that he wanted to repair the ignition switch, but you couldn't wait so you took your bus without..
Yesterday you had problems again and we sent you our AA Team to remove your Citroen to Vuren. Also we gave you yesterday one of our Kleyn-busses to drive with. At this moment we are busy to repair your bus so it will drive without any problem. We keep you posted.

Een vriend van mij kocht in maart dit jaar een Iveco Daily bij jullie.
Na een aantal keren (5) terug te zijn geweest ivm. Kapot climate control,is het nu helemaal opgelost!
Wat mij verbaasde, dat dhr. Dave Nijssen ( directeur), op een gegeven moment, zichzelf de moeite nam, om het op te lossen.
Hier kunnen veel auto handelaren nog een puntje aan zuigen!!!
Ik zeg dan ook Chapeau tegen Kleyn Vans en met name in deze dhr. Dave Nijssen, die zich zéér bewust is, hoe je een bedrijf leiden moet.
Mijn dank en respect in deze.

Prima deal op zaterdag bij Kleyn
Op bezoek geweest op zaterdag 10 september en de wensen uitgelegd aan Marcel Balsters binnen 10 minuten had hij de perfecte bakwagen voor ons gevonden. Snel met hem in het golfkarretje op het immense terrein naar de auto gereden. De auto zag er perfect uit dus meteen een deal gemaakt. Overigens al eerder hier een bakwagen gekocht en waren toen ook fijn geholpen.
Bij de volgende auto gaan we zeker weer naar Kleyn.

Online een busje gezien kon direct komen kijken. Volgende dag all de papieren kunnen regelen. Maarten heeft me top geholpen kon hem paar dagen later al ophalen! Service is top!
