Kitu Kali  Arvostelua

Everything was as good as advertised and well packaged. The kitenge bags were a nice touch. Thank you

Great service...they really care about their customer satisfaction. the product quality is good just that it didnt fit the the person i purchased it for and so i have requested for it to be replaced. keep up the good work and will definitely order again.

Lovely & so trendy shoes, I did not expect such a wonderful customer service. The shoes are perfectly made & very comfy.
Love you guys, keep up the good work.

I love your products. The shoes are good quality and stand out. Areas of improvement.
1. Customer service - please keep your lines open for communication. I have had 2 instances where I tried calling the whole day and the phone went unanswered and no response to messages on Whatsapp yet I had received a wrong shoe size and I did not know how to proceed about It.
2. Communication/Information - I have ordered the bahari print shoes twice. The first time I was informed at the very last minute that it's not available. That's okay for it going out of stock and it's understandable, however when I placed the order it was available online, secondly I had called and requested to have the shoes delivered on a specific date since I wanted to gift someone on a particular day and the person I spoke to said she'd see to it only for me to get a message the day before saying it's out of stock.
I would prefer knowing it is out of stock from the website before ordering so that I decide whether to order a different print or not to order.

Very good value for the money. Fits very well, comfortable smart design and delivery on time stright to the door and you don't pay before delivery. A very good concept that I can recommand if you want something fashion and new for small money

I love Kitu Kali products and the service is good. When I have some problems, they always help. Thank you!

Excellent quality n prompt delivery
Happy to shop

It was a great purchase. The shoes I did not try off yet.

You are asking me to write a review for the item that has not received yet. I will update this once the item is received. At the moment based on the delivery time I am not satisfied but I will wait and see what happens next.

Very fast delivery. Look great.

Great service! Bought the shoes as a Christmas gift for my husband.

The shoes are unique. But i wonder if you do a round stitch of the sole because some areas shows glue.

Shoes came on time and they looked good and in perfect condition
