The Shoe Snob Store Arvostelua

Brilliant product. I searched high and low for this product in this colour and could only seem to get it from the shoe snob so I was very happy and I’m very happy with the product too

Great products and communication. Will definitely be buying again from The Shoe Snob

Posting was somewhat slow, but the purchase was done in a straightforward manner - the product seems to be excellent!

The best website to buy your shoe care products. I confidently recommend them. You won't regret it.

They kept me informed on the state of the order along the way a very professional approach and great customer service the way it should be

outstanding service and quality i even had an in person call about my order which was amazing thank you and i will be back old fashioned service at its finest...

I bought some simple flat white laces for my Crown Northampton trainers and they are excellent quality. I wouldn't bother writing a review about shoelaces normally but these are excellent, old-school genuine quality laces. They also texted me to let me know I might have to anticipate a slight delay and offered me a refund if I preferred not to wait. I chose to wait and they arrived in good time. I found this extra communication to be excellent customer service that you don't find from many retailers. It's likely I'll buy all my laces here from now on.

I've bought from them in the past & it's a quality product

10/10 did exactly what it says on the tin, best polish I’ve ever used. Making my Braemar brogues come up like mirrors!

We had challenges but great communication and customer support is fantastic! Thank you for your support!

I ordered the fantastic Saphir Mink Oil Shoe Renovator : which arrived very well packaged and very swiftly : I did not expect the complimentary extras : a perfect pair of boot-laces for my magnificent brown formal boots as well as the beautiful little wooden gold engraved Shoe Snob oil brush !!! THANK YOU !!!
Highest recommendation !!! WELL DONE !!!!

Excellent customer service. There was a slight delay due to a supply issue (not Shoe Snob’s fault) and I received a polite and personalised text with an apology and an estimated delivery date.
Not many companies provide proper customer service like this these days so I was very impressed and would definitely recommend

Après une commande, je n'ai pas recu la confirmation de ma commande par mail. La commande a été faite en Mars ou Avril 2024.

Placed my first online with shoe snob and the item was going to be delayed but I received a personal phone call to inform me of this and to keep me up to date.
That is what I call customer care and will use again

Great product and well priced. The only downside was the shipping delay to Canada, but they can't do much about it. Thanks!

Easy to select and order good quality products and the delivery time was good.

Great customer service, fast response

Simple, straightforward process handled beautifully. Thank you.

Pleased with adjustable shoe trees that are perfect for travel to keep weight down whilst protecting one's shoes. Very pleased with quality and the shoe snob company kept me updated on order progress. Would definitely use again.
