I hadn't seen the reviews before I ordered 2 bags so wouldn't have ordered. Glad I hadn't because after only 5days my bags have arrived and im very happy with them

They sent a mobile phone strap wallet which was frayed. We sent photos. They ignored us. We invoked 30 day return. They ignored us. Their Brighton telephone number is defunct . So it appears these people are very scammy and act in bad faith. Do not purchase here. I am now going to ask my bank to claw the money back directly and will provide evidence of purchase and defunct tel number and ignored email requests. This is a "goods not as described" issue so I advise all here to do this. You have 120 from date of purchase to get your bank to do a Chargebackwhich is a Visa/Mastercard scheme rule that lets your bank ask the merchant's bank to reverse the payment. You are expected to have tried to resolve it directly with the retailer first — which I have done twice by email. A dispute (chargeback) is how your bank gets your money back when something goes wrong with a card payment, since Visa and Mastercard set the rules on how they can help

No orders recived , been well over a month?

Please do not order from this site, they're with debenhams, can't stress enough do not buy from this site, you cannot get hold of them for a refund no customer service at all. DO NOT BUY FROM KITISE.

Telephone number is defunct and no response to the contact us form after I made an order.
After 6 days no dispatch details were provided.

They appear to either be out of business or a drop shipping outfit.

Fortunately PayPal have made an immediate refund, which makes me suspect they have a long list of similar cases logged against Kitise.

Avoid this scam company! I have repeatedly emailed this company chasing my refund as the tracking says it was delivered back to them on the 7th May. I have had no response to my emails and the phone number on the website doesn't work. I will be forced to claim my money back via my credit card company if they do not respond and action my refund.

I ordered a bag which I don't like through Boohoo website and would like to return, and have send an email to Kitsi for return instructions, but yet no reply back, I am worried now, will I be able to get my money back

UPDATE 11/04: Despite returning the item and providing tracking, Debenhams/Kitise still haven't processed the refund, and Klarna has now wrongfully taken payment. I am being forced to involve my bank to get my money back from these companies. Stay away!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the bag I received and the lack of support following a clear manufacturing fault. The chain on my bag snapped during the very first use.

I have attempted to contact Kitise multiple times to arrange return for this faulty item. The telephone number provided on their website does not work and emails have gone unanswered.

Because Kitise has not updated the delivery status correctly on the Debenhams marketplace, the system is now blocking me from generating a returns label claiming the item has not been delivered yet.

Under the consumer rights act 2015 I am entitled to a refund for a faulty product. The lack of a working contact number or response to emails is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against purchasing from this brand if you expect any kind of aftersales support.

This is incorrect and misleading. The email from March 23rd related to a separate issue regarding a late delivery. Regarding this specific faulty item (Order DUX052510960), I have been requesting a return for over a week with no success. I only finally received the return label today, April 1st, after escalating this publicly and via Resolver

Furthermore, your provided telephone number does not work, and the Debenhams portal which you are responsible for updating still incorrectly claims the item has 'not been delivered,' which blocked the return process entirely

I have arranged for collection of the faulty item tomorrow 02/04/26 using the label you sent today. I expect a full refund without further delay or 'technical' excuses. Tracking is being monitored

I ordered a bag. They sent the wrong item.. I emailed to advise. They immediately replied to obtain an image of the bag they did send me. I then heard nothing. I have sent multiple emails to find out what is happening and I am now just being ignored. No offer for the correct item no advice to send for a return. Just being completely ignored. I have tried emailing through the website also to no avail. It has been over 6 weeks now.

I ordered a bag through Debenhams and it took nearly three weeks to arrive. It turned out to be unsuitable for me and I have tried unsuccessfully to generate a returns label from Kitise following the instructions on the despatch note. The form to fill in for requesting the label does not recognise the order number. I have emailed, but there is not reply from them. The telephone number on the website is not recognised.
Have they gone out of business?

Ordered this bag as it was cheaper than the same one on the Debenhams website and delivery was much faster. It arrived within 3 days of ordering and is a beautiful bag. I didn't get a confirmation email was a bit disconcerting, especially as I then read some reviews; however, the product, price and delivery has been excellent. Thank you.

I’ve ordered a bag directly from the website after previously purchasing one on Debenhams, I am still yet to receive my order or any updates which is worrying me because it was placed over 10 days ago. There is no way to contact the company directly as the number does not ring and the customer service form just says error when I try to send an enquiry. Hopefully it will turn up.

Orderd 2 bags through boohoo, received one which i returned, cause turned up late , still awaiting on the second bag to be told out of stock but still awaiting on refund for bags, emailed on several occasions and still no reply .

I ordered them but they have cheating system as you can’t return them you have to email them and than they will send printable receipt

I have made a mistake with 1 digit in the post code. Took them a while to reply but have corrected my issue and replied.
Bag has arrived and I'm very pleased with it.
