I have not received any products. Quick to take my money

Fantastic price for knife set, a few weeks wait but came earlier than expected. Arrived in good condition and as described with bonus free (quality) kitchen scissors.

The Wusthof icon knives and wooden chopping board are excellent quality. I would not hesitate from purchasing this brand from KitchenKnives.co.uk again.

Overall I'm happy with my experience with Kitchen Knives. They have a good selection of knives and good prices. But their website could do with some improvements, like better photos and accurate descriptions. For example, I bought three Sabatier knives which seemed to have been made in France, but on the packaging I've seen Made in PRC. I returned them and the process was fairly simple. Also, I called them a couple of times and only once I got to speak with someone who actually seemed to know knives. Anyway, I could recommend them for kitchen knives.

Great knife holder - good looking and great fit for several knives. Just what I wanted.

The knives were despatched very quickly. This is the fourth set that I have bought for myself and relatives. Brilliant items.

Whilst I feel the company is great, I am somewhat disappointed with the Sabatier knives themselves. I was specifically looking for good quality knives that could go in the dishwasher but they come out each and every time with rust spots - not great....

I recently bought a Wusthof knife from this company
It arrived with a distinct kink in the tip of the blade. Rather than offer a replacement, as politely requested, I was told to told to use a sharpener to correct the defect. This helped slightly but the knife isn’t perfect and the experience has resulted in a really disappointing customer experience.
There are some brilliant retailers in this sector.
I would give these guys at best 2/10 and really wouldn’t recommend these guys

Knives had amazing quality, the emails made it clear when they would arrive. My only issue was DPD which were incompetent as per usual.
