Don’t order at all from them. I ordered $77 back pack from Kipling Australia Website, but received a pair of sunglasses which i didn’t order… I sent emails to them, but still haven’t received any response I think kipling-australia is scam website.

After receiving glowing review from neighbor on her Kipling backpack she bought for her child. Thought I would give it a go. I bought a pink backpack with a monogram for our kiddo. Delivered in 2 days. Was a purple backpack with no monogram whatsoever. Called customer service. She was nice enough to send me a label for return (which I will be doing today) and a 30% off coupon with free monogram and 2 day shipping. I called to find out that status of my order as I have not received it yet to be notified that monograms take an extra 4-5 days and then I have ground shipping which its another 7 days on top of that. I had then explained I don't know how you are getting ground shipping I have my order summary right here is states free 2 day shipping. I was then notified we never give 2 days shipping and it is what it is. So here's to another 2 weeks of waiting. I hope this is the backpacks of all backpacks at this point because the experience has been awful thus far.

I was excited to try my new pink Kipling bag. The stitching started to come apart almost immediately. Very disappointed in quality.

Bag ordered from QVC, arrived very quickly, excellent service from QVC. BUT Kipling bag a huge disappointment, have had many Kipling bags in the past (am still using a lovely one) and could not get over how the quality had deteriorated. Fabric stiff and uncomfortable. All the pockets too small to be useful. Returned to QVC (5 stars for their service) but sadly will not buy any more Kipling bags.

Il 23 ricevo il pacco.
Gli articoli all'interno sono buttati tutti insieme senza alcuna protezione e già questo è assurdo.
Mi accorgo immediatamente che la borsa è danneggiata: manca della scimmietta portachiavi, ha punti scuciti e in alcuni punti il tessuto è danneggiato, come da usura.
Contatto immediatamente il servizio clienti per chiedere l'applicazione della garanzia legale e qui inizia l'Odissea.
Mi viene risposto che posso fare il reso, cerco per giorni di spiegare che non voglio, voglio la borsa sia sostituita con una intatta (che ora non potrei ricomprare allo stesso prezzo).
Inizia un ping pong di mail, finalmente il 28 mi dicono di contattare un altro indirizzo (che non avevo notato nella pagina della garanzia).
Sottolineo che sulle loro pagine dedicate alla garanzia millantano di offrire un servizio persino superiore alla normale garanzia legale.
E ora inizia la farsa.
Iniziamo a scambiarci mail e al 9 giugno sto ancora discutendo con loro, che accampano scuse per non rispettare la garanzia legale e fare un rimborso.
Non ne posso più.
Ho mandato la borsa e se davvero insisteranno su questa linea li segnalerò al garante e contatterò gli avvocati di Altroconsumo, ma devo ammettere di essere veramente delusa.
Sinceramente non comprerò mai più dal loro sito e eviterò la marca come la peste, perché non oso immaginare cosa possa succedere se dovessi mai avere bisogno di una riparazione.
Mi spiace molto di avere già tantissimi loro articoli, vorrei non essere stata una cliente fedele in passato.

Kipling NZ is a scam. After the unsuccessful purchase I read some reviews that had a similar experience that I had. Lost $104,as the bag never arrived .On my bank account statement it shows as Ladiesbagss.com. They sent a tracking link that doesn't work. Don't buy Kipling New Zealand online - it's a fake site!!

Bought 2 bags from Kipling Australia . Received fake sunglasses. It’s scam . Don’t buy from them. Liers and frauds

We have had Kipling bags in the past and found them to be of excellent quality and durability. Our very old bag now has wonky wheels and needed replacing. I saw that Amazon were offering discounts on Kipling bags and as I needed a new large travel bag I had a look. I did not find what I wanted to went to the Kipling site where I was able to get what I wanted and at a very reasonable price. Things went wrong with the delivery by Yodel and the service from them was so bad that I thought Kipling should be told. I was a bit surprised to get a reply from their customer service acknowledging my complaint and not just simply ignoring me. They also offered me 10% refund on my order because of the inconvenience that was caused by their delivery company. Now that is what I call excellent customer service!

Kipling Australia is a complete ripoff. I ordered a bag for my sister in laws birthday. My payment went through a Hongkong company and instead of the bag i got cheap sunglasses. NEVER EVER deal with them. They are ripoff scum.

Not one star! It seems that Kipling Australia , Kiplingaustralia.com is a scam , although the site looks genuine, when it comes to payment a (chinese?) company takes over your credit- or Mastercard-payment (you see this only later on your bank account) and that is the end, no way of cancelling the order, or communicating. I smelled a rat because PayPal did not work…

I’ve bought a pencil case and a bag on February of 2024 and it never have arrived in my address not even in the post office, super bad!

Ik kocht voor mijn dochter sneaker van €90 weliswaar !!!! Na 1 dag de laklaag helemaal af van de neustoppen langs beide kanten ! Dit is beschamend hoe slecht de kwaliteit is !! Koop NOOIT deze schoenen mensen dit is het geld niet waard !

I ordered a bag from Kipling.com then later saw the review comments here. As a result I was expecting poor service and/or a poor quality product. My bag arrived today. It appears to be of very good quality and the delivery took only a week. Very pleased. Felt I had to post as the ratings here would have put me off ordering from this company.

DO NOT BUY KIPLING. WORST PRODUCTS. I bought this school bag for my 9 year old girl and was torn off within 2 months. It still under warranty but kipling UAE didn't cover it coz it's mishandled. For a school bag which should be the most durable, is mishandled. WOW! I bought at 1100dhs and now I should throw it. WORST QUALITY!

Great quality and unique design, I am very happy with my new backpack. I have bought it for casual carrying some smaller stuff to work/study and love it. It looks stylish too. I had never had any bag from Kipling before but quite impressed with the quality. It's not expensive so absolutely great for the price. Also I am surprised how much I enjoy a fluffy monkey keyring, it's really fun detail. Can recommend it!

I have many Kipling bags but I will never buy one again. I am appalled that the bag I recently bought is defective and I can only claim under the warranty if I send it back to Poland at my own expense. This has got to be the worst customer service ever. DO NOT BUY unless you know the full facts which are never explained at the point of purchase.

Ho acquistato la borsa maternità Camama , è bellissima e sono super soddisfatta dell acquisto ,ottima qualità ,sono troppo contenta .
Pero una cosa non mi è piaciuta ..L imballaggio! La borsa è arrivata dentro uno scatolo kipling senza nessun tipo di protezione . Da migliorare il modo in cui spedite le cose . Solo per questo do 4 stelle ,altrimenti ne avrei date 5 perché il prodotto è perfetto
