Directions said 200m walk from carpark but it’s marked 400m on arrival there. Charge carpark £3 per hour affected as waited 40 minutes after appointment time at 10am not called to 10.40 then more wait time between staff until 12 noon. Cafe where you can purchase water or coffee etc but none in waiting area. I have to say was very surprised at poor service. Area welcoming and pleasant as were the staff especially those on reception

Everything went well and the staff where incredible.

I was greeted by efficient receptionist and appointment time was a few minutes late.
All staff were friendly and informative.

Mr Walsh is very helpful, honest and caring. On arrival for appointment I was taken on time. & I have no issues at all

I arrived 30 mins early to my appointment rather than heading into work and leaving. Didn't expect but was delighted when my Consultant took me early and managed to get into work much earlier than expected.

Taken ahead of time, full suit of tests carried out efficiently and considerately. Procedure was explained clearly and followed up in writing. Future appointments confirmed and way forward established and confirmed in writing.

Very relaxed, Dr Roberts explained the procedure and I was happy to proceed, filled in the paperwork and 15 minutes later all done painless 😁, I felt an improvement after a few hours, best nights sleep in years. 👍🏻

Staff were pleasant and polite, felt comfortable during the consultation and happy with the path chosen going forward.

The procedure was clearly explained and all staff were very nice but I felt that as soon as I got the procedure done it was out the door you go. I literally finished the operation and drank a cup of coffee and was told go through those double doors and that’s it . I got no phone call the next day yet I was told I would . I had to ask what happens now next. I was given antibiotics in bag etc and only I was given booklet I wouldn’t have known what to do . I was wearing an eye mask and need to wear it every night for a week - no tape was provided . It was all a bit rushed at end . The nurse actually laughed and said you still have the hair mask on from surgery as I was about to leave so that gives you an idea of how rushed it was . They also never phoned my partner yet his number was asked for - lucky I had a phone

The hospital is well laid out, good parking and clear signage. My check in was efficient and I was called just before appointment time. Staff were friendly, courteous and efficient.

My surgery and stay at the hospital was exceptional.Every staff member, from the surgical team and nurses to the support crew, showed incredibly care and kindness.
The hospital was clean, and the food was delicious .

The consultant Mr Baile was excellent.The nursing staff are excellent my aftercare was exceptional from pain relief to general conversation,special thanks to nurses Doreen,Caroline and Taffy.
My only disappointment was the change in time period of aftercare,I went trough a similar procedure 5 years ago and was looked after for 3 days with the same excellent aftercare,I was home after 16hrs on this occasion with a very short period spent with the physio and leaving my partner having to take a day off work to look after me

Easy parking, plenty of clear direction to where I was going. Pleasant welcoming staff. Mr McBride himself was very thorough He explained everything clearly point by point ensuring I understood everything we discussed.had such a Lovely manner. I left with loads of information and a follow up appointment to discuss any further concerns or queries and felt confident and assured that my wellbeing was of his utmost importance.

Outpatient side of hospital.
Easy processing and comfortable with efficient staff. A bit of a downside that could improve things would be to fix the bathrooms. The first bathroom I visited on site was on constant flush and unclean. The next one worked but could do with being cleaned. This was 0845hrs so should not have been in an unclean state.
Other than that it was great.
The feedback is not a complaint it is just meant as constructive

Very professional nurses , all very caring and reassuring, excellent consultant who was also very caring and reassuring, lovely warm friendly atmosphere .

An excellent experience ......
Staff, without exception, pleasant & helpful.
Had a slight wait before being seen by Consultant.
( perhaps 10 or 15 mins. ), otherwise no complaints !

Saw Niamh and Mr Muen today after my laser surgery yesterday - always so friendly and making sure that my eye is healing as should - can’t believe the difference already - would def recommend 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- also have to mention the fabulous reception staff

The nurses were so friendly and so good with Amelia. Everyone was so so kind and couldn’t do enough for us. Dr Serena and staff were fabulous.
