Taking orders for items not instock
Ordered a pair of Mystic gloves which were shown in stock. After a couple of days there was no sign of dispatch. I emailed and was told they were waiting for them to come from Mystic (!) but they were on holiday. Ok I'll wait. Week later, still no sign - emailed again- Sorry they have none in the UK - might be weeks! Now waiting for refund... BTW they are still showing in stock...UPDATE- After a short email exchange they sorted things out. At least this company has good communications when things do go wrong.

100% Genuine people and trusted company!
I am brand new to kite surfing. My instructor pointed me towards these guys for all my new equipment. If you are based in the UK like I am, go with this company. They are based here and there are no hidden import VAT taxes like some of the others out there!
I have to say, this has been the best buying experience I have ever had. As I am new to the sport, they gave me a lot of time and information on the most suitable gear for me to buy. A day after ordering, the gear was delivered to my door with Royal Mail's first class service (free of charge)... (Royal Mail are the only courier you can trust these days!)
I am totally impressed by these guys. Their online chat is instant, they also followed up with a phone call to double check my order! These days, there are so many companies hiding behind poor quality online chats, but not this lot... they have a phone number which allows you to talk to a human!! :)
I am REALLY, REALLY impressed with their service and expertise and I will 100 billion % be shopping here again. Huge shout out to Dan & Alex who helped me throughout. They sold me what I needed and the quality of equipment is outstanding.

International buyers be careful
International buyers be careful, they offer free shipping and due to low profile shipping company you may eventually be surprised with fancy charges on delivery like Handling fees, Expedite delivery fee, Brokerage fee, etc. ( I've never experienced this with UPS or DHL ).

I placed an order for goods that were shown in stock on website paying in full at the time . Then I recived an email saying not in stock but will be in ten days ! followed up in twelve days no stock no real apologie requested a refund now its 17 days and no refund not really on
I HAVE CHANGED MY RATING AFTER THE CEO CHARLIE HAS TAKEN THE TIME TO CALL ME AND LISTEN TO MY FRUSTRATION AND I GENUINELY BELIVE HE AND KING OF WATERSPORTS CARE . HE EXPLAINED TO ME IT WAS NOT THERE INTENTION TO TAKE THE ORDER FOR STOCK THEY DID NOT HAVE AND I HAD BEEN REFUNDED AS SOON AS I REQUESTED IT

Efficient easy service
I bought a Slingshot sUpwinder through King of Watersports which was delivered efficiently and on time.
I have issues with the product itself which i am assured have been passed on to Slingshot. It’s very neat and easy to fit but disappointing in that the adhesive is already peeling off the SUP after only 3 days use.
