Thank you for letting me accidently find your website King Billy🙏🙏
During Covid, we played different online slots, felt cheated as when won,the documentation approvals took ages and it always resulted in us playing the winning and losing them too. My husband had lost faith in online casinos. We used to regret losing our money to online casinos , but this time, by God's grace found King Billy and the payout is real. The support team guided me through and documentation/identityand approvals just took half a day. It was smooth like butter. The pokies are good and new additions keep the excitement alive😊😊 Myself and my husband do not need to go and get tired in casino sitting on chair and pressing buttons on same old coin games. We do not encourage Gambling, but just sharing our experience that it's been a week and experience and payout is legit. Thank you for letting me accidently find your website King Billy🙏🙏 Regards and thank you to your excellent customer support Team. All are Gems😊😊🙏🙏

Misleading free spins!
Their 100 free spins first deposit bonus is misleading. Its actually 50 free spins then you must wager the winnings from free spins x 30 to get the next lot of free spins. Its not automatic like at other casinos. Its in the rules. Always read the rules. I think its shady and false advertising.

Dear Jacob,
We are sorry to hear about your negative impression of a first deposit bonus, but we would like to highlight the following information:
Please, be informed that 100 free spins will be added as follows: 2 days, 50 free spins per day. Free spins are added automatically and, if they are not activated, expire in 24 hours. The first pack of free spins will be added to the account alongside the match bonus on deposit, and the second pack of free spins will be added in 23 hours since the player has made at least 1X wager of the deposit amount. That means, that you need to wager only one time in order to be eligible for the next pack, as it is stated in bonus info.
Thank you,
The King Billy Team

I have been told there is a global issue preventing withdrawals to my skrill account from King Billy and have to use bank account transfer (takes 7 days +)! Customer support is so vague and every time I contact them on chat support I get a different answer.

Dear hellokitty,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We're sorry for the inconvenience you're experiencing with withdrawals to your Skrill account. There could be at that time a global issue affecting this method, which is beyond our control. We understand how frustrating this is, and we are working hard to resolve it as quickly as possible. In the meantime, we recommend using a bank account transfer, though we understand the delay is not ideal. Our customer support team is here to assist you, and we apologize if the communication has been unclear. We're committed to improving this process and ensuring a smoother experience for you.
Thank you,
The King Billy Team

Changed players accounts to kingbillycasino6 because no more license but hide it to customers
They send a email to my mom telling that they are closing their casino on July 15th, it was also write on kingbilly.com cause they were losing their license . When I asked the casino support about that , they were telling me that the casino wasn’t closing and that they don’t know what I’m talking about . Then I realize that I opened my account on kingbillycasino.com and that now I was playing on kingbillycasino6.com, they never say a word about that ! After that I made my research and they are using kingbilly.com, kingbillycasino.com, Kingbillycasino6.com, king-billy-casino.ca, etc
They hide things and lie to costumers, I don’t trusT them no more !!!

please be informed, that kingbilly.com was the website operated by N1 Interactive Ltd, and it was indeed closed since July 15th. The website kingbillycasino.com is operated under different license - Dama NV. and exists as a separate website. It seems that you might have requested information about the closed website while being a customer on the opened one. Highly recommend this Casino
Payouts within 24hrs, so many games to choose from, high deposit bonus offers is the only downfall but I highly reccommend King Billy Online Casino. I have signed up to the majority but King Billy was the first casino I tried online, and still remains my number 1 choice.
