I wrote a previous review that I probably shouldn’t. Have. I was frustrated at the time there was miss communication happening. The King Billy team have been trying to work effortlessly to try and come up with a solution.

There is a good selection of games, payouts are prompt and customer service is good.

King Billy has been great to play on, verification was easy enough and didn’t take long, I had some minor issues to have with withdrawing funds but I must say the support has been top tier, I’m really impressed with support and now my first withdrawal is on its way, I’ve had bad experiences with other casinos and King Billy has really stepped it up. I’m on abit of a hot streak but I’ve noticed the RTP actually is what they say it is. Overall it has an easy to navigate webpage, good variety of games, great support and follow up.

After 1 month… stating my case back and forth to the VIP managers in kingbilly casino.
I am so frustrated that every email i have sent to them has different viPManagers writting me back..asking different statement or verification about my case and etc. I Only need to verify one thing to them and it is that My apple Pay device acount nr.
I dont even understand in the first place, how did they even get to have that device acount nr. That is why i booked a meeting to my bank and will asked them about this matter. I just think its weird how they could have gotten my apple pay device acount nr..when u need to sign up and give your personal password on your apple acount.
This is really getting out of hand..a very frustrating experience from a VIP player like me. No disrespect to the other players, but im a big fish in kingbilly and they know that..am just tryjng to withdraw my 700 euro……….i have cashout without any problems before..with the same card.
I hope you guys can learn from my mistake here. . wait for my next update regarding kingbillys withdrawal issue.

They ask a kyc only when u lose don’t care if you win and even when u provide document they like to be as slow as possible

They want lots of personal information from me. Just to withdraw the $500 I won on the King Billy casino website.
I continuously uploaded things, but they said it wasn't good enough. And they keep rejecting my withdrawal.
The guy that I spoke to on messenger told me that my account was verified, and that I would be able to receive my withdrawal, the following Monday, as it was the weekend. My refund sat there pending all weekend. Come monday morning, I checked again and it said that my withdrawal was rejected!!!!! I was honestly crying.
I finally gave up and thought to myself, they can keep the money that I won. They obviously need my hard earned money more than me!
I've never had this happen on any other online casino that I played on. My anxiety is through the roof and it's extremely disheartening.
Stay far far away, and play at an online casino that has excellent reviews and is very trustworthy! They take your money in five seconds, but when you try to get your winnings, they don't even give you them! I've learned my lesson.

The next day the same thing. Withdrew and got my money within 30 minutes to 1 hour. The support staff are awesome very polite and helpful. Was working fine. Then one day it froze in the middle of free spins when I got back on it finished the free spins but I received no money even though it said $134. So after that I do not recommend been 5 days still no answer or replacement. Now they try to say they are waiting on response from me on this review site I have the screen shots showing I am messaging everyday being told to wait.

Beware of King Billy casino my husband was playing on there casino and made deposits totaling almost $6000 then when he tried withdrawing some winnings in the amount of $1400 they kept declining it for different reasons. After over a week off back and forth they gave him his withdrawal and closed his account with a link for lifeline support. When questioned gave a couple different reasons,the last saying he broke the t&c stating he had another account. Which was found to be from several years ago and he had closed that account several years ago and had no account details for it, which I find if that was breaking there t&c he should never have been able to open a new account and they should never have excepted any deposits. In all fairness they should have cancelled his withdrawal refunded his money and closed the account . Tried to lodge complaint with licensing regulator CGA no response , one very shonky operator.

Good luck trying to make a complaint to this casino gaming authority CGA. With this casino you are truly on your own, BEWARE

​Genau wegen der fairen Bedingungen ohne Limit habe ich hier jahrelang gespielt und auch schon mal 16.000 € gewonnen. Dass mein ehemaliges Lieblingscasino jetzt treue Stammkunden so abzockt, macht mich absolut wütend. Eine absolute Frechheit. Mich habt ihr als VIP-Kunden für immer verloren!

It logged me out after I deposited and disabled my account.
I contacted support and they said that the administration team has shut my account down permanently!
Like wtf???

They said to refund my money they want my ID address and a photo of my bank card???

Where’s the 0 star option? My father was scammed by this casino! Made deposits on 2 separate occasions in total $5000+ he used zip pay to deposit money and won $1400 and tried to withdraw with it and had endless issues trying to get his winnings, I had to help
Along side him to constantly upload multiple documents of bank statements ect, they falsely state there based in Australia but couldn’t even understand time zone difference on bank statements, after an endless amount of trying he finally received his winning.. and along with that his account was banned, King Billy stated it was for “gambling responsible reasons” well if that’s the case then his account should of been closed, winning forfeited and and deposits sent back to him.. but nope King Billy are happy to pray on there customers, take all there money and then deem them gambling addicts when they have a hard time WITHDRAWING MONEY, if he wasn’t a responsible gambler then he wouldn’t of had $1400 just sitting in there to withdraw for 2 weeks.. now they’re stating his account was banned because he had another account? Wow King Billy that account hasn’t been accessed or used in over 7 years, nor does he have excess to any of the log in details. Excuse acted excuse to make themselves look better.. from a young women who is highly influenced by social media myself I hope King Billy realising the effect of it too, when they loose business and a lot more then $5000 because they are unfair, scam artists who through around “gambling responsible” polices when customers are just fighting for a fair play.. yet I bet there are gambling addicts on King Billy who are spending thousands regularly who don’t get looked at twice. Stay right away from this casino! I myself know of influencers in the industry and this casino is by far the worst and I will also make sure I never recommend this casino to anyone and take it to social media to make it aware of there doing’s too! P.s if there’s a good review about them it’s probably fake!! And all they had to do was the right thing..
