So pleased to buy sustainable products from a British company.
I have a backpack which is perfect for a day out. I have also bought a number of shoppers as gifts for friends and family as well as for my own use. Money are strong, attractive and washable.

Fast delivery, well packaged. Nice bags, fold well, lovely design.

I love this company: it manages to be both ethical and customer-oriented, which are rare traits indeed these days. Products are always excellent quality.

I’ve been using kind bags for years now, I’ve gifted many and got others in my life as obsessed with them as I am! The designs are fabulous and the bundles they offer provide great value. My original bag has been with me for at least 3 years and been washed numerous times without issue.

Really lovely shopping bags,love the extra large shopping bag.mesh bags and the lunch bags.I found there customer service excellent. I Would really recommend kind bags .I have bought a lot of them and for gifts.

I’ve got a fair few (some might say too many) bags from kind bag - the weekender, medium backpack, cross body in different colours and a few medium and small reusable ones - oh and a lunch bag!

Overall I love them - there are a couple of things on the backpack that could be better (zip quality and the elastic on the drinks holder), but I am forever being complemented on them - and the reusable bags are the best I’ve used by far - they hold loads and are super sturdy.

I also wanted to return some stuff a while back - easy to do and they replied quickly.

Overall I’m a v happy customer and am looking forward to whatever they bring out next

I have now purchased a wide variety of Kind Bags, of all shapes and sizes, and I love them, as do friends and family who have received them as gifts. Not only are they environmentally friendly, they are great designs and styles. My husband loves his laptop pouch, as do I. My granddaughter regularly uses the mini backpack we gave her Mum and I love the medium one when travelling around, as it has so many different compartments to put in the variety of things I carry around! She also nabbed the pink crossbody bag I had! There is always a Kind Bag folded away in my handbag and I am genuinely amazed at how much the small one can contain. I will continue to make purchases from Kind Bags, even though I don’t really need them!!

KindBag offer a great range of products with an even greater range of colours and patterns. The shopping bags last forever, folding up easily when the are empty and expand well and are amazingly strong. I particularly love the laptop sleeves and feel safe with the padding they provide. My grandchildren love their lunch bags. The ordering process is easy and quick and are dispatched by good couriers. ALL THAT and you feel good about using products that reduce waste !!

The bags are great quality and I really like the broad straps.

While the quality is good and they are quick to ship, the customer service and ability to help is poor and unhelpful. When orders are placed by accident, even if you email minutes after to cancel the order, they will only respond after the order has been shipped, so that it is no longer cancellable.

Bag went bobbly very quickly. Did comment below their adverts to say this but no reply. Kind by name but not by nature, unfortunately. Great looking bag but not durable at all. Shame.

I ordered a lunch bag which was broken on delivery , I emailed the company several times with no response . I am now left with an unusable item with no way of replacing as the company have not responded to any messages. So disappointing as I was really looking forward to using this lunch bag .
I would steer clear of this company unless you are a big company who can offer them corporate collaborations !!! So disappointing

Bags are fantastic fits loads in feels safe to eat safe body and were delivered on time and in good condition
