Very fast delivery, website easy to use

Buy from kikatek with confidence👍 I ordered from them and I had no issues with the order.

Full line of products. Well packaged and next day delivery. Will definitely be buying from here again!

Speedy and cheap delivery, would 100% use again!

Ordering was easy from the website. Communication was excellent via email, notifying me of each delivery process from despatch to delivery. I would not hesitate to use them again and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Well packed, reasonable priced.

Kikatek has become my primary source for all things Gunpla. Reasonable prices, quick dispatch, a great selection of kits and the virtual warehouse make for an unbeatable combination. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Consistently good experiences with this retailer.

Products always arrive in a timely manner and are packed well.

Love the virtual warehouse feature. Super fast delivery and great prices with a great selection of product! It always feels great to support an independent hobby store :)

Big selection of products, fast delivery, well packaged

Well packaged , fast delivery

Kikatek is one of my go to sites to get Gundam and painting Hobby supplies. Their prices are always fair and every time I go on their website I'm surprised by what they have available.

Their staff is always helpful in emails, and I've never had an issue in the 20+ orders I've had from them.
They're usually the people I recommend when I get my friends into the hobby because I know they'll provide a good experience,

Plus their warehouse is only a few roads away from me :)

Quick service, quick delivery and great customer service. Can't fault, will use Kikatek for most if not all my purchases model in the future.

Easy to order, prompt quick service.

Everything packaged well, nothing damaged and came with a lollipop :)
Already ordered from these guys once before and definitely will be doing so again

I found Kikatek just over a year ago and I've never looked back.
Such an amazing store, their products are mostly figures and kits that have been shipped in from Japan directly so most of them are great prices and not scalped to the extreme as is common with many retailers and ebayers.
I've bought over 100 model kits from there, a few s.h figurarts and a couple statues and they're all great. The ability to pre-order is also a great feature and the private warehouse service is a godsend. If you've got multiple pre-orders due at different dates, they can be stored in your private warehouse so once they've all arrived you can combine delivery and save on money. Another great feature is that if the combination of the items present in the private warehouse is worth £120, you get free fedex delivery.

The delivery is also superb, Kikatek don't leave things to the last minute -as long as its n open day your order will be dispatched as soon as its processed so usually the next day. Then in most cases the order will arrive a day or two later. On every order there is an estimated delivery and without fail I've received my orders at least a day or two earlier.

To round off; if you're contemplating using the site, I would highly recommend it. One of my favourite online stores and definitely one of the best model kit/japanese merch sites in the uk.

Fast shipping and a great item at a good price.

Very happy with my purchase which was my first order. Boxes came in pristine condition with that nice sheen and I received a handwritten note informing me that my tweezers were in one of the kit boxes which I thought showed that they had taken care with my order. Will be ordering again
