The plane was good only the box was a little damaged but the plane was ok and me and my dad had a great time flying it. Edit: I lost it in wind😭😭

I won't bother, at least won't bother buying from them again. It took over a month for them to issue a refund ( we'll see if that lands back on my account.) Their customer service is shocking, first I was told my purchase was on route, then it changed to order cancelled. Then I got stuck in a continuous loop of asking for a refund, them replying it will be issued only for then to ask again if I wanted a refund and the loop continued untill I replied with , it doesn't seem to matter what I want as they will only ask me again. . Only when threatened with legal action was a refund issued (yet to appear) I have never delt with such incompetent business in my life. They don't even deserve one star.

UPDATE: The company’s response below contains an explicit lie.

They claim that my refund was “arranged once requested.” That is demonstrably false, and their own written correspondence proves it. I clearly requested a refund, more than once. Instead of processing it, they repeatedly sent me the same automated response asking whether I wanted to keep waiting or receive a refund—even after I had already answered that exact question.

I then had to contact them yet again, stating: “I’m still waiting for confirmation of my refund.” Their response? The same recycled message asking, yet again, whether I wanted to wait or receive a refund.

The refund was therefore not “arranged once requested.” It was only supposedly issued after repeated demands and after I warned them that I would take further action. Their attempt to rewrite the documented history publicly is dishonest and compounds the appalling customer service that prompted this review.

I have retained the complete email trail and screenshots. If the refund actually reaches my account, I will confirm that fact—but I will not allow this company to misrepresent what happened.

Order was shipped without delay. It was well wrapped to prevent damage and arrived as promised with the updates from Kidstoylover. Good people to deal with.

Ordered a plane for a birthday gift 3 mths ago. The plane was $350.
Never received and Kidstoylover now blame customs. They expect me to contact customs and try track it myself.
They take weeks to respond to emails, phone number doesn't work and they have refused me a refund.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Fast shipping, well packed for international travel. Nothing broken on arrival

Vliegtuig ontvangen maar technisch defect bij het testen voor eerste vlucht.
Case created door klantendienst maar helaas nog geen bevestiging van replacement shipping. #23994

Helaas werd geen verdere actie ondernomen door Kidstoylover. Geen vervanging, noch garantie na meerdere contacten.

Product arrived damaged, box looked like an Accordion and was missing all the accessories. Sent pictures of the box and wrinkled airplane with a list of missing items. They said the damage was caused by flying and crashing. According to them missing items was not possible as they check every box before shipping. Save money and buy from Amazon or AliExpress.

Everything is great. The best service .thank you for everything.
