Kids Collective Arvostelua 

Kids Collective always provide good service and all the staff there are so friendly .My children just love it so much ,as a mum who is busy with work ,I am very happy to put my children in the afternoon school clubs and holiday clubs

Fantastic team that run the Navigation Road club, they are a pleasure to deal with and do a great job with the kids in such a small cramped space with very little room. Sadly they are let down badly by their head office management. They send out poor formal e-mails, reminding you that if you have not paid you child may be dismissed if your payment is 14 days late BUT please ignore this threat if you have already paid. In our case we only get paid on the 1st of every month so tend to be always just slightly late by max 3-4 days. Their solution to this problem was that we pay them 2 months in advance instead of 1 month in advance Something we would never agree too & we are not on their bad payers list when I checked today. We were told as long as you pay within 6 days we won't kick your child out, fantastic that's great to know.... .Payment of services is very important to us and we understand how important it is to companies who are providing the services, hence our payment would be as close to the date as possible. The emails they send are addressed to you by name but no mention of their name on the email, so they are not encouraging interaction. We are just 1 out of 500 customers we were told today, yep that is exactly how we feel! . Such as shame that a great team is let down by badly run management with poor customer attitude skills. When I mentioned I may consider moving our child the response was 'that's your prerogative' and I thought yes that just about sums it all up. As I stated earlier such a shame for what could be a great company. If they were half interested I would recommend they only place ' threats' on their second reminders, to the real bad payers. What a great idea that would be ...
