do not order from here!!!! I ordered a ballpit for my daughters birthday weeks in advance to make sure it arrived in time for her big day! Not received any parcel emailed and called KiddyMoon and got not response on both then woke up a couple days later to a refund back of the ball pit. No email off them to explain why! My daughters birthday is in 2 days her birthday is now ruined no big present to wake up to no ball pit which she would absolutely love! So thanks for KiddyMoon for ruining her birthday and she will now not be waking up to her ball pit!

I am sorry for the negative experience you had with us.
I have checked our messages and have determined that all of your queries were answered within the 24 hour mark or even sooner. We had also sent an email yesterday, explaining the reason for your refund (your parcel was returned to us due to DPD's internal error). Please check your SPAM folder.
As DPD continues to have occasional problems with deliveries to UK, we are now switching the carrier to a more reliable one - GLS. In our email yesterday we provided you with a discount for your next order.
I am sorry once again for all the problems, if you decide on ordering again we will do our best to provide a better service for you.

Don’t order from here
Don’t order from here. Ordered a ball pit 3 weeks ago for my babies birthday and it has still not arrived I asked were my order was and I got told it’s been sent back to them but they will re send it. I had to ask for this information as I was told nothing. I’ve been waiting for it to arrive I’ve had no emails other than an invoice and still not order? I have tried to contact them via email phone calls social media and I have had no response. My son is left with no birthday present I am left so upset and £100 down and no ball pit. Appalling service!!!

I am terribly sorry for all the problems you had with our website. Sadly due to Brexit and DPD internal issues we had some problems with deliveries.
I have checked, and the refund for your order was issued some time ago now, could you please confirm if you have it?
I have also checked the whole correspondence with you and our customer support team - all emails and inquiries were addressed in a timely manner.
Please let us know via email - we will also provide you with a discount code for a new order as the shipping situation is significantly better now

Ball pool still not received (ordered 27/12/20)
Ordered a ball pool on the 27/12/2020 for my daughters birthday on the 27/01/2021 it has still not arrived! Rang customer service on 21/01/2021 to be told it would be dispatched in a couple of days. I came off the phone and received an email saying it had been dispatched, this leads me to believe there was an error on their end processing the order and instead of admitting this the person I spoke to was rude and dismissive. Not sure if/when this will arrive but I would avoid this company at all costs!

I can assure you that we did our best to send your order as soon as possible and in compliance with all the new requirements after Brexit. I have checked your order history and the parcel has now been cleared at the customs and should arrive within the next few days. We have received information from DPD that there is a serious backlog at the border as many EU companies resumed shipping after Brexit. Sadly this is beyond our control and we all have to cope with the current hard times.

Great customer service
I ordered a ball pit form them for my sons first Christmas however my MIL also bought one for him so I needed to return this one. Kiddymoon customer service was fantastic. So helpful and has me refunded via my PayPal very quickly!
Will definetly be back!

Be careful
Placed an order for Christmas, for it then to be cancelled as "we hadn't paid within 14 days" This is 2020 we pay as we order online. Anyway we never got an email confirming any of this and non payment. The item was cancelled, we were told to re order where it was now an extra £20. The customer service is shocking from this company.

I have checked the history of your order, it was placed on 25th of November ( confirmation of order placed but not paid for was sent). A reminder that your order wasn't paid for was sent to your email on 28th of November. Since there was no payment the system cancelled your order after 14 days as stated in our policy.
We do not take money automatically, the customer has to enter the payment details and confirm the payment in Paypal. After placing the order a pop up window appears and you need to click on the button in order to be transferred to Papal.
Unfortunately production costs kept increasing due to the Christmas season and pandemic and we had to reflect that in the price. I am sorry you feel disappointed. Please send us an email so we could discuss if there is anything we could do to change you opinion about our shop :)
I can also see that your reordered item was delivered in time for Christmas - I hope it gives a lot of joy to your little one.
