I purchased a few things from here one had a slight fault ,after contacting kiddymoon the response was immediate and the item was replaced the best customer service i have ever come across

kiddymoon products are very good quality with a very good design. The delivery was super fast. I recommend this brand.

Love it. Ordered in black Friday deal for my little girls Xmas present. Ordered wrong colour and the customer service team were brilliant and sorted it straight away. Easy tracking, and arrived within a week. Looks lovely and so soft. My little girl loves it and so do her friends, they are all going to get one now too. Thank you kiddymoon

I ordered 18 days ago ! Tracking says one day it’s in the uk then the next day it’s back in Poland ! I’m so upset as I’ve only heard good things about this website however my son may not even have for he’s first Christmas!

Their site states that you can pay via PayPal, but the only option available is to pay via "Bank transfer" ONLY. No idea why, it is 2022 nearly... you'd think with all the payment facilitators around they would have the option to pay via multiple payment methods and actually provide customer protection. Bank transfers are one of the worst possible ways of payment for a consumer if anything goes wrong.

The only way to make a purchase is via Amazon, and pay an additional £10 for the privilege.

Happy to pay via PayPal if you guys invoice me properly.

I highly recommend! This is my second purchase from the Kiddymoon website and again very pleased. I had a few questions before buying, they answered me very quickly and very kindly. My son already has a ball pit with balls (it is still in great shape since last year), this time there will be a playground for Christmas. I really like the quality. Covers can be removed and washed. My son loves it, I know he will be pleased. Thank you xx

Ball pit bent so the balls just all spill out try to rectify it by taking the cover off and putting the bent viy against the wall with no joy. Customer service poor no replacement offered. So wasted money as thr ball pit isn't fit for purpose!

Took over 10 days for parcel to come. Did not receive any updates on delivery or any tracking. Customer service wasn’t helpful at all. Emailed kiddymoon many times and martyna said she would get back to me with any updates from Carrier in which I heard nothing back. If you are ordering a present for a specific date then expect it to be late and also have no update on when the parcel is coming.

We ordered from this company, sadly the item delivered by parcel force was dropped into our garden, even though the gentleman saw we had 5 dogs! Sadly as you can imagine the dogs ripped it open damaging the item. I instantly dreaded contacting them as normally you have to wait for it to be investigated and at £170 and as a present I didn’t have the time to wait. I contacted them, I had a response in less than 30 minutes from Martyna. She was pleasant, helpful and quick to arrange a refund. I will be using this company again in the future and cannot fault the service. Nice to know they don’t expect customers to wait when there is an issue!

I run an ecom business, and one of the key things is to get your stock right. Nothing worse for customer experience than buying something and then 2 weeks later being told you are out of stock. If you had prevented me buying the item, or even before delivering the incomplete item told me it was incomplete or unavailable at least i could have a plan B. Forget the refund, this doesn’t appease me. I have now run out of time. Very disappointing and poorly handled customer service, who also don’t pick up the phone.

The baby dry ball pit arrived with Parcel Force quickly. I was informed they stopped using DPD for deliveries as it was not a reliable service anymore. Very good quality, baby very happy. Highly recommended.

So happy with my ball pit it’s amazing quality and it came with in a week I would definitely recommend 😊
