Still waiting for purchase to be…

Still waiting for purchase to be delivered, courier sent a message last week saying there had been a delay?? No idea what that was. That was the last contact I've had from seller or courier, not very good in my opinion.

I want to inform you that I have placed…

I want to inform you that I have placed another order because the parcel from my previous order never arrived.

The courier you used lost the parcel and despite several emails asking for help and investigation, I have not received any resolution, refund, or update about the missing item.

Because I urgently need the part, I was forced to purchase it again from you.

Please make sure this new order is delivered properly. I hope at least this parcel arrives.

Efficient service …

Quick and efficient as they have been before, let me know at every stage of my order how it was progressing, would recommend if you need parts for your kia , also very helpful in making sure you've got correct part for model ,year etc ,which is helpful when some models have a long production life and there are various MKs of vehicle
