Ordered a set of washer jets

Ordered a set of washer jets, which could have been posted next day, but it took over a week for me to chase it up. I was told that you had shortage of staff, which really isn't good enough.
You took the money, our duty bound to complete the contract of posting it out.

Great supplier for spare parts even for older cars!!

Needed a new handle for our old picanto. Searched the usual used part sites and found a couple but were off 2012 cars. Then found this supplier who offered a brand new handle and cheaper than a used ! Never though Kia supplied parts for old cars but I do now !

Forgets to send

Again placed an online order but it had to be chased up with emails before it was dispatched?
Place an order and they appear to forget about sending it??

Very happy with the service

Very happy with the service. The parts were exactly as described, arrived on time, and the ordering process was straightforward. The staff were friendly and quick to answer my questions. I would definitely purchase from this supplier again

Great price and customer service.

Order #KPD-22084
Ordered an air intake hose for my Picanto, the item took longer than I thought, but I was told it was coming from overseas. With that, KIA parts direct refunded me the shipping cost, which I didn't expect. Brilliant customer service.
I don't see myself going to my local KIA dealership for parts ever again...
