Delivery service could have been better. Don’t recommend DHL at all. However item came as expected, box was damaged in transit but other than that item perfect. Thanks.

genuine accessories at great price and service

Ordered genuine all weather rubber floor mat set, double-sided/flippable boot liner (velour on one side, dirt-resistant on the other) and boot liner extension for my Kia EV3. In my search they were the cheapest around and the postage cost is reasonable. Placed my order on Saturday, arrived by Wednesday. Great quality products, I'm very happy with my purchase and the customer service I recieved. Will be looking to Fish brothers for further accessories. Thank you.

My first time with using Kia Parts…


My first time with using Kia Parts Direct ordered around 9.00 am on the 26/6/2026 by 10.11 am confirmation email to say that my order was on its way. Recieved confirmation from DHL to say that it would be delivered monday around 12.00am. I can say that not only how delighted I have been with service but also the speed that the order was depatched. Then we come to the prices charged £13.03 for two bolt flanges for a kia picanto, gobsmacked I was, as I had been quoted by one dealer £18.00 for one bolt plus postage and VAT. Can't thank you enough, Its 1.30 pm monday and my car is back together.
