Samantha has been incredibly helpful throughout our entire home-buying process. She always replied on the same day and took the time to answer all of our questions as first-time buyers. The paperwork was immaculate, and the whole process was completely stress-free. Whenever she was out of the office, her colleagues stepped in seamlessly to help. We felt supported and in safe hands the entire time

I was introduced to Key conveyancing by Emma @ oreirdon bond estate agents.i am so glad I was.i was supported throughout by Tasha,Ellie -Mai and Harriett

They guided me through selling my house and buying my present home

Tasha was a major support throughout .She seamed to take a personal interest in my case( of course she makes everyone feel that way)

On signing contracts and completing on the day Tasha kept in close contact, making sure I knew of every step.
She made several phone calls to banks ,solicitors and reported back to me with such honesty and authority.

People report moving is stressful but with people like Tasha, Ellie-mae and Harriet it was streamlined and a happy process

Thank you all again. Hope to call to the office to see you soon

Tasha George was an absolute delight to work with on the sale of one of my rental houses. I found her very easy to deal with, human, and she ensured a stress free transaction. A superstar

We were recommended Key Conveyencing by the agent we bought through and are so glad we listened to them. There was a lot of to and fro in terms of our sale and Olivia Wright, our case handler, was always prompt and clear with her responses, I was never left to feel I was waiting as so was extremely efficient with her replies as well as her contact with others in the party. We would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you!

We used Key Conveyancing and I’m delighted to say I couldn’t fault anything.
Natasha was very efficient and helpful and went above and beyond to help with the sale of our house. She is a wonderful asset to the business, with her cheerful disposition and due diligence in her work.

Excellent service from key conveyancing throughout the selling and buying process ,really relatable. Cannot recommend them enough.

Mukate Zimba Was great, so helpful and very responsive, have recommended to friends Key Conveyancing as we had such a good experience. Thank you !

My family has used Key Conveyancing numerous times. On each occasion, the conveyancers, along with reception staff, were always polite and helpful, along with answering queries very promptly.

The last sale proved somewhat challenging for the staff handling the sale and us, to the point of sheer frustration due to the buyer's protracted nature!

Lydia, in particular, who was dealing with our sale, was at the helm to keep me calm, as I came very close to pulling out of the sale.

I am pleased to say the sale eventually concluded at the beginning of May. The professionalism that Lydia & Eleanor brought to the table handling our sale was second to none, in particular, Lydia, who had to deal with my rather colourful language on one occasion. Thankfully, she was very understanding given the situation. (I would not recommend using bad language) ;o)

I have no hesitation in recommending Key Conveyancing, worth more than 5 stars. Thank you, keep up the great work. ;o)

Special mention to Helen & Ella who were extremally supportive throught the process. Great communication and always acted promptly, very happy with overall service

Sam and her team, kept me fully up to date with the process, which took away a lot of my concerns, and equally I completely in good time, great service.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Key Conveyancing, and Olivia in particular. The comparison to selling my old house using someone else, and a few months later buying my new house, and Olivia handling everything was like chalk and cheese. Not because the other Conveyancing company and Conveyancer was bad, they weren’t, but because Olivia is exceptional. Buying and selling houses can be stressful, but not with Olivia. She’s proactive and is a great communicator, and she’s on top of everything all of the time.

Key Conveyancing acted for my wife and I in the sale of a portfolio of 9 HMO rental properties with tenants "in situ"
My solicitor Harry Wilde and his extremely helpful assistant Ella Allen provided us with excellent service despite these transactions being very complicated with many delays caused by the ever changing requirements of the buyers, their lenders and solicitors.
Thank you Ella and Harry.

We were very impressed with the service provided by Key Conveyancing. Our sales agent recommended them and they certainly didn't disappoint. Superb fast process of our sale.

For a first time buyer, everything was a little daunting but Key Conveyancing were incredible. Eleanor was so fast to respond to us and put us at ease, it couldn't have been less stressful! Highly recommend them to anybody
