Customer service is non existent and product is poor. Ordered a stubble shaver which barely touches stubble. Its also leaking oil. Went to go on website to return it and there is no return portal etc. Just a load of talk about faulty returns and to email if there were any problems. This seems that they're reluctant on returns from the get go. I emailed them 2 weeks ago for return info and heard nothing back. Ive emailed again to chase and still nothing. Apparently they pride themselves on customer service. Really poor company

Poor Quality item it’s the exact same model as the cheap £15 models off Amazon/Ebay with the sellers logo printed onto it, just pay a little extra and get a decent brand one.

(Ive noticed Seller uses the “name not on the system” “fake review” excuse for every bad review for his trash product, he forgets items can be purchased by other people as gifts or just a general purchase, guys an absolute looney.

They don't have replacement blades in stock.

UPDATE: they rudely responded back then suddenly had them back in stock ..

Final update: received product very quickly via DPD. not too fiddly to replace blades

Absolutely love the Skeleton beard trimmer. I've been using it constantly for the last year. I've tried numerous Phillips and Braun shavers over the years and this is by far the best. I also use it to shave my head too! Can't fault it at all.

Immensely pleased with my Skeleton Beard Trimmer. Having had cut throat shaves in the past, bardars told me is called Blue Beard... End up with a bleeding face and loads of tissue paper stuck to my face. The Skelton trimmer makes light work of my beard and I'm getting neat edges. Definitely would recommend getting one!

I bought the Skeleton beard trimmer and was so impressed with its quality that I went back and got the foil trimmer and the Crown Jewels trimmer, too. Customer Service was great throughout. The products are top quality, and the batteries last for ages. I am very happy and will no doubt buy again.

Ordered a few things from Kevin Junior now and every time, quality is personified through out.
The products themselves I’ve ordered: the bearded bundle and the raptor trimmer previously, have been spot on. The market is big on all things men’s beard related and I’ve tried a lot. Now whilst the products themselves have ALL been PERFECT, what makes Kevin Junior stand out, head and shoulders, above all the ‘main high street’ brands is his personal expertise, his communication AND his helpful videos that not only does he send to you, has links everywhere for you. These are incredibly helpful to people who just want reassurance and help to make sure that the purchase is being properly used and maintained.
I must’ve messaged Kevin about….10 times throughout my orders over time. Not once has he ignored me, has been helpful and honest above and beyond by sending me links. These links can be found with a quick search hut rather than say that, no - he attaches them and every question is always answered. For someone who doesn’t go to a ‘beard barber’, I need all the help I can get. To have Kevin on hand to help and answer every question is first class all round.
So I say to anyone who is looking at Kevin Junior products and deliberating - take my word, his products are spot on. But you get so much more from his customer service and skills/expertise. I can’t recommend him and his product enough.

This is a bit of a different review, I bought a beard trimmer but received a gift for Father’s Day of another beard trimmer , I emailed the company and with no problems at all the put a stop to the order and my money was returned the same day, we had another problem with the delivery company saying they had delivered it but the guys got this sorted in minutes , the customer service team are second to none and would highly recommend the company

My Kevin Junior beard trimmer arrived and it's the dogs gonads.
Been shaving my head for years with clippers and beard trimmers including Wahl, Remmington and various other big brands.
But these are by far the best trimmers I've ever used.
Great value for a great product.
Would very, highly recommend.
With no gaurd on they get closer than any others that I've used and are so comfortable with the antisnag.
Battery life is great too and holds its charge so no need to charge before use as long as there's still juice left from previous use obviously.

Last time I buy from these guys. Bought a beard trimmer which was good, so went for a foil shaver to add to my collection.

Foil shaver is really poor quality (to the point where it gets some of the hairs 😂), so I read online returns policy and they don’t supply returns label or any returns support.

Poor show in the modern day, especially when selling sub-par products.

Bought the skeleton trimmer about 3 months ago - lost the charger cabel for it, struggled to find the same charger cable , contacted the guys and they sent me a free charger cable within 2 hours of contact! Shaver is unreal would definitely recommend.

I ordered off the website today …. I ordered the wrong bundle , I messaged on the website chat to see if I could exchange as I made a clumsy mistake…. I had a reply within in less than an hour and Kevin has changed the order to what I wanted , sorted a refund for the rest of the money and even let me keep the wash bag for free!
Very polite and professional put my mind at ease as I thought I’d have to wait to receive it then send it back and wait for a refund.
Service I’ve received is 10/10 and I can’t wait to get my order and use them . Can’t thank Kevin enough… and would definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you Kevin, will be ordering more very soon . Thanks again

After many years of using a normal / standard hair shears to trim my stubble down and a shaver to clean areas up, I decided I fancied an upgrade on my tools.

I recently purchased The Bearded Bundle which consists of a Kevin Junior Products beard trimmer and a shaver.

The quality of the products is superb, I can't fault them.

This product isn’t just fantastic marketing. I bought the razor and the Crown Jewels shaver and I won’t be looking back, I’m surprised I left it this long to buy one. Also I loved the QR codes to instruction videos making the products really simple to use. I also reached out when I had an issue (which really was my own fault) and they resolved it for me when they didn’t have to. Big fan here, thinking I might need the foil now as well

Bought the skeleton beard trimmer and have been very pleased with it, both for trimming my beard (using the clipper guards) and for shaving my head (without a guard). It has good battery life and the customer service has been excellent - when one of the guards (that I use every day) became loose Kev agreed to send me two replacement guards at no additional cost.

Recently had a issue with my blade, it was out of warranty but the after care was superb, emails answered so quickly with what to do via a YouTube video, I didn’t expect such a thorough response, great to know it’s not all about the original purchase, 100% will purchase items again 💪

I have been using this shaver for about a year now and it is still absolutely fantastic. The blades are still sharp (I oil/brush them regularly as you should) and it delivers a crisp close to skin shave. The battery still lasts a very long time! Incredible value and great customer service.

Bought the shaving bundle last summer, wanted to give it a good year to see if lasted, and it has. The Mrs has claimed the downstairs trimmer for herself so i dont even see it, but she loves using it and it nevers snags on her. And i use the two beard trimmers amd nose trimmer and they are really good. Delivery was top notch also. Seen some new products which I might look at ordering as well.
