Received a broken skull shaver, the screen was faulty and it wouldn’t hold charge (I sent proof of this). Was told to send it back and then got told it was further damaged in the post. Even though it was broke and unusable anyway. Any excuse to not have to honour the warranty. Terrible customer service would never buy from them again. Also the feel of the products is very cheap plastic material. Spend your money elsewhere. Since writing this review I have received messages on social media of other customers that have had a terrible experience with Kevin. The reply he’s offered is a classic technique used by people like him, he already had pictures and video proof of a broken shaver the screen broke from new and the fact it wouldn’t hold charge and stay on. Any little excuse to void warranty, next it would have been I didn’t send 1st class or some bull

The website is great and placing my ordering was simple and quick.

My beard trimmer arrived super quick and the packaging was cool and minimal so great for the environment.

The trimmer is impressive. Powerful and gets really low like in the barbers.

I never have to wet shave again !

Comes with a simple charging cable and I’ve not had to recharge it yet one month in!

Also comes with comb attachments so I can trim other bit to desired length.

I had been looking for a few weeks for some good shavers for looking after my beard read a lot of reviews about a lot of big name brands but wasn't satisfied. Came across a video advert on Facebook for these and thought oh they seem good so did some research online loads of great reviews so but the bullet and did a big order for everything I wanted. Order came 2 days later and used them I couldnt have picked better products. They do exactly as advertised smooth cutting easy to use my beard looks fantastic. The communication from kevin junior aswell was fantastic kept me informed the entire way through from ordering to delivery. Fantastic service with fantastic products. Thank you. Iam a barber with over 20 years experience Kevin is great to deal with and I use a number of his products in my barber shop and I can say they are on point, ive just started using the beard clipper and the skeleton Pro detailer and they are brilliant very happy with them 👍

I had a problem with charging my trimmer. They were quick to respond, sent me a cable next day, problem fixed. Very impressed with speed and response

Cuts and snags skin, had to send back and lost money on postage, do not buy, cheap product.

Ordered a Raptor Detailer to compare to one of my other detailers (I am myself a barber). Using correct technique the Detailer clipped and cut my skin. I told Kevin about this issue and he was very rude (as you can see there is a few reviews saying how rude he is). I offered to send it back as long as he would cover postage (being his product which is frankly shit) and even sent him a video using two different detailers showing his clipping and cutting my skin and the other one not causing any issues. Kevin claimed it was cause i didn't stretch my skin but I used flawless technique and obviously I couldn't do this while filming with one hand. Overall very bad experience avoid at all costs. Refusing any faults and refusing to pay for postage for returns when his product is the issue. No barber I know would ever use such a cheap chinese product, probably dropshipped for £5 with his logo added.

Great trimmer, and customer service when I thought something went wrong, but I just didn’t watch the video for cleaning the trimmer, which is super easy to do. Cannot fault the company or the trimmer easy to use and recharge, will buy again from these guys.

Received my foil shaver very impressed with it clean shave very happy with the product, and ordered it monday it came tuesday carnt get nuch better service than that, will be buying other products in near future

Had a problem with charging shaver sent email, quick response received new one in less than a week.My husband thinks this shaver is fabulous, quick and easy. Shaves so close and is easy to keep clean, highly recommended for a diy very close shave.

Was in the market for a new trimmer, which I use to shave my head and beard, I had some Amazon ones in my basket but I am so glad I chose this brand instead. Such premium quality, well packaged and cuts really well with no snagging.

Had my beard trimmer for around 3 years and still performs the same now as it did back then. The battery literally lasts me about 6 months even with weekly trims of moustache and neck. Nice and small too so can easily get it in my cabin bag for holiday! 100% recommend!

Bought a beard trimmer from these and it is amazing. Keeps a constant cutting speed which was lacking on previous competitors. The blade is super accurate which is useful when trying to to shape.

I’ve had a good few beard trimmers and most are ok. They do the job fine but nothing to get excited about.

I bought the Pro Beard Clippers and the foil shaver.

This things (especially the beard clippers) feel soooo ridiculously premium. The beard clippers looks gorgeous. The black and gold look so premium and there’s actually a really nice weight to it in your hand. Feels so expensive and nice. The battery percentage light is SUCH a nice touch. And they even sent me a free bag which I thought was really nice.

Feels weird to say this but I love the product so much that I actually get excited to use it. Absolutely delighted with how it looks, feels and cuts.

Amazing products. Wouldn’t ever go elsewhere. Even the box the come in is amazing and I don’t want to throw it away haha.

Bought a skull shaver a few months ago, and it’s great! Wish I bought one sooner gives a nice close cut. Just what I like, great customer service very professional. Highly reccomend!

So I have to be very careful with my shavers and trimmers as I've got psoriasis and have had issues in the past with irritation and the trimmers not cutting very well, that being said I found the Skeleton Beard Trimmer to be an exception. It is powerful, leaves no irritation battery life is fantastic. The price is extremely reasonable and the service is 10/10. Fast delivery and the fact the business Is independent and family run is just a great British tradition that shows in the product

Bought a raptor pro detailer from here as a cheeky little present for my partner. He's absolutely over the moon with it, apparently I did good when it came to choosing the product. Thumbs up 👍

Customer service is non existent and product is poor. Ordered a stubble shaver which barely touches stubble. Its also leaking oil. Went to go on website to return it and there is no return portal etc. Just a load of talk about faulty returns and to email if there were any problems. This seems that they're reluctant on returns from the get go. I emailed them 2 weeks ago for return info and heard nothing back. Ive emailed again to chase and still nothing. Apparently they pride themselves on customer service. Really poor company
