item i have is ok ,,,,,but if any thing goes wrong with item ,and you send them a email ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, takes about a week or so to get back to you i am still waiting on my replacement item 3 weeks later still no joy ,must be the worsted customer service i have had to deal with JOKE EVER

Shocking customer service.
I ordered a cantilever parasol 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing since. The Kettler customer service line has a message saying it is closed because of being too busy!! Can you believe it? How can such a company stay in business. I will attempt to get a refund via my card company.
All I can advise is you stay away from kettler, the company is total rubbish.

Dear Kettler Customer Services,
I am writing regarding my order placed approximately two weeks ago for a garden furniture set costing over £2,000.
At the time of purchase, delivery was stated as being within 4–5 days. Despite this, I have received no delivery, no update, and no meaningful communication from your company.
I have attempted to contact you multiple times by telephone and email and have received no response. This level of customer service is extremely disappointing, particularly given Kettler’s previous reputation.
Please treat this as a formal complaint. I require either:
Confirmation of the delivery date within 48 hours, or
A full refund.
If I do not receive a satisfactory response within that timeframe, I will begin proceedings with my bank/card provider for a chargeback or Section 75 claim.
I look forward to your urgent response.

Dreadful customer service. Order a pergola a couple of weeks ago, part of it was sent, can’t get through on the phones have tried to over an hour an keeps going to answer phone.

I bought Kettler furniture covers the disintegrated in two seasons use and were only used for the summer months not worth one star overpriced junk

First off may I say that I was very impressed with the quality of my patio chairs, Forest Green Cloud. Very spacious and comfortable.
They did unfortunately arrive with incorrect fittings . Although I bought them from another company Kettler rectified this by posting the correct fittings by 1st class post. They arrived the next day.
Many thanks to Kat Woods for going the extra mile and personally sorting it out herself, and not pushing it along the line.

Really pleased with the service I have received from Kettler especially Kat who arranged delivery on my specified day. Product is of high quality, and will definitely provide the shade I require. It was taller than I thought, but Kettler clearly think of everything and the stick to assist getting the cover on was a pleasant surprise. Would highly recommend the Luna 3x3 metre parasol.

The LaMode lounging set and bespoke seat covers look great and are clearly good quality. The coffee table had arrived with some damage but after speaking to Lydia in Customer Services she quickly and easily resolved the issue for me and arranged a replacement. I would definitely order from Kettler again - good products and great customer service.

I give it five stars because if the help Kath Woods gave me with my order. U can’t praise her enough she was exceptionsl

Kettler sell quality products that last.  Which is why they are my “go to” for my properties.  As well as good products, they also have excellent Customer Services, which is a critical differentiator nowadays.  I had the pleasure of dealing with Kath Woods this month and she bent over backwards to assist.  Lovely to see

I was very impressed & extremely grateful with the service given by Kettler .
My husband and I bought a balcony table and chairs a couple of years ago but due to health issues it remained in the garage for quite some time . Last year he found a couple of the adjustable feet were missing so ordered some online , how they were missing still remains a mystery , but unfortunately they were not compatible with the table .
On getting the balcony set out from the garage recently I googled the name of the table and found it to be a Kettler product .
Emailed Kettler for help & advice, sent photos of the remaining adjustable feet and had a lovely email from a staff member named Dean. I explained everything to him and have now received 2 x packs of replacement adjustable feet for the table and hey presto we now have a useable table .
Without Deans help and kindness we would be left with an unusable balcony set . I can thoroughly recommend our lovely table and chairs and as for a company then Kettler are absolutely excellent.
I know the Kettler name has been around for decades and it is only now whilst writing this review that I recall my eldest son who was 4 years of age at the time spotting a lovely Kettler Go-kart outside a cycle shop in Cardiff and he loved this go kart but at the time is was a bit expensive . Anyway he had to go into hospital to have an operation and because of his braveness it was decided to surprise him with the GoKart . He was over the moon and wherever he went on his go kart adults and children would watch him in awe driving around on it. Everywhere we went the go-kart had to come with us This was 53 years ago .
So Kettler has been around for a very long time and the quality of not just their products but after sales service is second to none. Thank you to Dean for his kindness & support.

Would not recommend Kettler at all. Bought a Cora 8 seat dining set at over £2k. Has not lasted one season without major defects. Kettler said they would replace and I arrange a day to be home for a collection and replacement. The night before they then cancelled. I rearranged another day to be home and the collection team arrive only to say they did not have the new dinning set and they couldn’t take the existing one as it hadn’t been booked in correctly by Kettler. 2 weeks on Kettler are ignoring all contact to resolve the matter. Please avoid purchasing from Kettler

Poor quality and even worse customer service. You’d think a table and chair set worth over £2,000+ would be good quality but it hasn’t even lasted one season and Kettler refuse to acknowledge there is anything wrong with it. Really disappointing - I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Had the pleasure to speak to Lydia from Customer Service. Nothing was a problem for Lydia. She was the upmost Professional. Communication was top class keeping updated throughout my query.She is a credit to the Kettler Company. It’s easy to complain but when you are provided with an excellent service this should be recognised. To Lydia’s line manager you have an amazing colleague working for you.

Excellent all round. Bought four garden chairs. Gppd qualiy, lightwieght yet robust and omfortable. One arrived scratched. Kettler sent a replacement with no qubbles and allowed me to keep the damagd chair as a spare.

5 days delivery was promised but now extended to 22 days and no possibility of talking to courier firm about it. Poor and unacceptable.

Unfortunately a disastrous experience. Furniture set was ordered on the 19th April and there is still no sign of it. Despite multiple emails and calls to Customer Services there has been no progress or explanation other than we will contact the courier who apparently they have no way of contacting other than by email. It feels like no one is willing to help so we are completely left in limbo. Will we ever receive it ? Who knows. A really poor experience for an expensive purchase.

I contacted Kettler to send a set of fixings for the table as it appeared to be missing from our new garden set Kat in customer service arranged the fixing set promptly and was very pleased with the outcome

From the assistance I received when ordering online to the constant reassurance of Kat Woods and her Customer Service Team during the whole order, delivery and follow up process was outstanding. This is the way Customer Service should work congratulations to Kat and the team . The Palma Signature Patio Set I ordered is top quality and Kettler will be my first port of call for any future garden furniture I need. If there was a 6 star category I would award them that

We bought a Kettler mesh rectangular table and 6 x mesh chairs in August 22. The purchase was to match an existing set of round table and 4 x chairs in the same style that we had owned for around 30 years. These were in great condition despite their age and 3 house moves etc.
The new table developed dirty patches on the mesh top pretty soon after we had it which looked like mould but we couldn't clean off. This year we took a closer look and realised the coating had split in many places and it was rusting.
We contacted Kettler via our retailer with some photos of the rust but they have declined to help in any way as the warranty is 3 years and we've had the table 4 years in August.
The experience is very disappointing on several levels. Firstly, if this is typical of the quality of Kettler mesh products, then that quality has slipped dramatically since the first set we bought. Secondly, the response from the retailer that 'there is nothing Kettler can offer' , not even an apology or a discount on a replacement table reflects badly on their customer support. Unless they consider this is normal wear and tear and we should expect to replace it every few years. If that's true then retailers should clarify that at purchase. Thirdly, we recommended the same set to some close friends based on the experience we had with our original set. Regretting that, but will have to suggest they check it now if it's still less than 3 years old.
Based on this experience I can't imagine we'll buy another so I'm guessing this one will meet the angle grinder when it deteriorates further and we'll have to replace it with something that doesn't match the chairs.
Based on the low quality of this table and the disinterest from Kettler customer service this review can only get a single star from us.
