Our new sofas have arrived on the date agreed and only 20 minutes into the 3hr time slot allocated.
The delivery guys were excellent installed everything quickly, explaining how the revliners worked as they went along.
They gave us time to check everything over before signing them off.
The sofas are spot on quality and I would not hesitate to recomend KC to friends and family.

On entering the store you were made welcome and asked what you were looking for, you were explained what furniture was on show then left to browse at your own pace no pushy sales person chasing you around the store. The purchase was simple, very good experience I would definitely use K C Sofas again.

KC Sofas were brilliant from purchase through to delivery. The man in the shop in Lincoln was very helpful with regards to choosing a sofa, and the contact r.e. delivery was great. The two lads who delivered and built the sofa were very professional. Overall I can't fault the company.

The sofa proved very difficult to get in the house and the lads had loaded it back on the van.
My son-in-law from two doors away was summoned and he removed three internal doors which allowed the sofa enough room to get in.
I appreciate there has to be guidelines but common sense should be used. I very nearly lost my sofa which would have upset me greatly.
I beg management to revise their rules and allow the lads delivering the furniture to use common sense!
