The cutest

I got the kawaii box for a 3 month period a while ago, and loveed it, it always arrived on time, and had a lot of usefull items that were just adorable!

Still no box for May or September

Finally recieved May box and they have caught up with all other boxes.
Love the boxes each month. Hopefully this will continue now you have caught up.

Still no box for May or September. Please send them. I've paid and you have not sent the goods. I have had 1 box of 3 and have paid once again. Please send my little girl is so disappointed.

Perfect treat or surprise

I ordered a few months as a birthday present for my niece and she loved it, its the gift that keeps on giving and makes you feel special whenever it arrives. She treasures the permanent little gifts like her noodle bowl and cup among other things. I cant recommend it enough for a little treat or surprise!

Great experience!

Fair price for items that are REALLY difficult to come by if you’re outside Japan. Only downside is now I’m craving snacks I don’t have easy access to lol

Very unhappy with my order

Very unhappy with my order. I understand the shipping issue, but it's said "shipped" since August 29th. I've emailed, Facebook Messeged and now sent a message on WhatsApp with no response. I will be filing a dispute with the credit card company.

Paid for 3 months, only 1 box received, no response

I ordered a 3 month Kawaii Box subscription, order KB1347. I only received the first box. The second one was marked as shipped on 1 September, but the tracking still says “Carrier received electronic or paper manifest, but shipment has not yet arrived” since 15 September. The third box was never shipped.

I contacted the company on WhatsApp with all the details, but they have not replied for several days. The communication is terrible and the order has clearly stalled.

I would like either the remaining boxes shipped immediately or a refund for the missing months.

UPDATE: Do not believe their responses here. I have never received communication from them, they haven’t sent the boxes either and they refused my chargeback also. They sent emails previously that they were changing warehouses and there were huge delays on orders because of the US Tariffs. They are not reliable anymore, better options out there.
