Kawaii Box Arvostelua 

I have a subscription and they have not delivered my last two boxes. That' I have tried to contact customer services but noone is replying to me. I posted on Instagram and they are just deleting my comments. I would not recommend that anyone subscribes to this sham of a company unless you feel like throwing your money away.

Ich habe ein Abonnement für 6 Boxen als Geburtstagsgeschenk für meine Tochter abgeschlossen. Nach zwei Boxen kam keine weitere Box mehr an. Auf Emails kommt leider keine Reaktion mehr.
Kann ich nicht weiterempfehlen.

Just received my September box and am shocked at the standard of what is inside. A dreadful pencil case - Blippo brand, cheap nasty nylon and so ugly - the rest stationary- no idea what went wrong with this as the previous boxes were worth the subscription- hope this mistake isn’t repeated

My April box has still not arrived it's been 8 weeks. They didn't even ship my order for 2 weeks after I placed my order and I get the same responses every time from them.... saying but it's already been giving to the post etc etc. And yet the tracking number says the same thing everyday I check it..as if it's not not moving at all. I don't recomend buying this as a gift or hoping the box will arrive in under 3 months. No reliable and the customer service responses seem a.i..generated.

First box arrived really quickly, not great value but daughter was happy. April box has still not arrived and fed up of excuses. Tracking is a waste of time and has not updated in over a fortnight. Will be cancelling subscription & if 2nd box does not arrive would like a refund. Not happy with the service

Je n'ai pas eu a payer 10€ de douane puisque j'ai payé 40€91 pour une peluche d'une dizaine de centimètres, une friandise en barre, un pulvérisateur en plastique, 3 pochette plastique zippée comme des "alba", un scotch et je crois que c'est tout, mais rien qui ne justifie ce prix! Mais ça n'est pas tout! Je n'avais pas remarqué qu'il fallait se désabonner pour ne pas recevoir la box suivante....j'ai reçu la box suivante, je ne l'ai même pas ouverte ! J'attends de leurs renvoyer et qu'ils me remboursent !

He pedido la cajita hace más de tres meses, no solo no me ha llegado, sino que el seguimiento del paquete lleva sin cambios desde hace un mes, y además pone expirado. La página web no se hace responsable, ni me ofrece soluciones, me he quedado sin caja y sin dinero, no lo pidáis desde Europa porque no merece la pena el riesgo y el precio, incluso me empiezo a plantear si si manera de actuar es legal...los clientes europeos estamos vendidos.

They charging you everything, even taxes, delivery taking longer than a month, they not replying for complaints.

Not good experience, especially if you are trying to surprise your beloved one you have to be ready being embarrassed due to quality and arriving not in time, if it’s arriving at all

I ordered boxes for 4 different months and with the first two there were no issues at all and i was very pleased with the boxes i received but with the november 2023 box the issues started. my box arrived but two items that were supposed to be included were not. after complaining and figuring it out with them they had told me that they will send me the missing items and i was happy about that. shortly after i received an order notification about the missing items and was looking forward to receiving them. fast forward a couple weeks and today the package arrived. i opened it up only to see it the box was empty. i dont know what happened there or what went wrong but i dont understand how that even is possible. i am so immensly disappointed also because before november i had zero issues. i already received a confirmation for my december box before i got the empty package so im just hoping that there wont be any issues. probably wont order after december again though.

This is not worth the money. You'll pay more then 20$ for 6 flimsy dollar store items. I should have kept my money and use it for something maybe a little more expensive but that I would have enjoyed better.

Attention il y a 10€ supplémentaires à régler à réception de chaque colis depuis 2021.
Le site n’a pas eu l’honnêteté d’indiquer clairement cette nouveauté et continue à mettre en première page que les envois sont gratuits même pour la France!
Et quand vous leur faites observer cette anomalie ils répondent que la possibilité de taxes supplémentaires est indiqué dans « termes »
Ça fait cher les produits…

I got monthly boxes from here and was very satisfied. everything was so cute and nothing was broken. It even came with little candies and the packaging was so cute!
I highly recommend this.
