Fast delivery and great product! Only negative was the box was quite bashed and dented - which for a present isn’t ideal, but the skates themselves are fab - one happy 10yr old 🥰

Delivered within 24 hours even though I asked for 3-5 days of delivery. Shockingly good service. There can be no better experience with an online store than that, especially aware from amazon.

Worst customer service & still out of pocket from returning faulty ice skates. They’ve never been in contact or refunded money back to me.
I’ve returned my order at the end of July as it was faulty. I’ve sent a number of emails to customer service & had no response at all.
I’ve not been refunded & I paid extra for signed for when they were sent back to Kate’s skates & I know they received them back but still no replies from the company & no refund at all, ( so I’m out of pocket & they have the ice skates back.)
Absolutely Disgusting service & overall terrible experience.
I Would never ever recommend this company.

Nice prices, speed delivery via royal mail.
Only room for improvement is the website, it could possibly have more filter options etc.

Beware!
Ordered sunglasses for my son from this company through Amazon, broke within a few days due to a defect. Messaged through Amazon and I have been ignored. Doesn’t seem like I’m the only one who has been ignored if there is a problem!
