Horrible!

Not a very happy customer. I ordered a birthday gift for my 14 yr old son which was a pair of Adidas shoes. The details during the placement of the order claimed that I had a wait of 5-8 days to have the order delivered. This company didn't inform me until after the full waiting period that they didn't even have the shoes in stock at all and had to order them from another company due to backorder and I have to wait an additional 8 days for them to even start the shipping process to my address! And it takes them 3 days to reply to any contact and has no other available way but email! It's horrible! After all my trouble, they offered no empathy, apology or refund to help or care,

They do not prioritize the needs of…

They are not efficient. They do not contact you back when they say they will. I've historically had perpetual complications with my orders. They do not prioritize the needs of their paying customers. They also have a very bad line of communication with outside vendors. Lastly, available stock on the website are not updated on a timely basis; meaning you could be paying for an item that is out of stock and you won't get a refund until after 10 business days....

The Website was not functioning…

The Website was not functioning correctly. I only could view the opening page of any search, every time I would select "next page" the next screen would not load. Making my shopping experience limited and frustrating at the same time. Would advise on fixing said issue and overall layout lacked any creativity especially for a fashioned based website. Still ordered a super fly sweater though. Let's hope it arrives with no hidden surprises/fees.
