They mislead you into thinking the registration coupon applies but then they exclude it for all the good items.

Better than Plndr. Ordered the exact same thing on plndr and it didn't go through, even though I put in the same information. Knowing how band their customer service is, I wouldn't put it past them if someone was using my credit card info to make purchases that I am unaware about. At this point I just use plndr to find out the brand name. How are they under you guys with such poor service??? Ya'll should either sort them out or cut them off before things get worse for the customer, and worse for you guys at Karmaloop because you're associated with them. Fix that!

Super bummed I took the click bait on this advertising. The Converse shoes didn't fit my son. When I sent the *brand new shoes* back, they wouldn't give me a refund for the $64.00. Instead, they gave me "store credit" -- minus the $10.00 shipping fees. Nevermind that I spent $16.00 shipping the ill-fitting ones back. $26.00 in the hole...and still no shoes. So now I'm stuck shopping from this company again -- bitterly spending $54.00 -- just to recover my losses. I will never shop with them again. I don't recommend you do either. You deserve better karma.

I've been shopping with Karmaloop since 2012 but they've gone downhill lately. When they hadn't shipped my order after 2 weeks I contacted them to ask about it and had to send several emails before I got a response. Their response was for me to cancel my order and reorder. Before I could decide they cancelled my order for me without asking.

After I reordered I realized that they only partially refunded me. While I was sending several emails trying to figure out why I was only partially refunded, they then cancelled my reorder and only partially refunded me AGAIN. So they took my money for 3 weeks and then basically stole money from my orders TWICE with no explanation. It got so bad I had to contact PayPal to intervene. I'm never ordering from Karmaloop again.

Order international shipping (3-5 business days and the order took over a week to arrive , as well as came missing one of the products ordered for whatever reason. Saw I was reimbursed the money for it but was disappointing

The line of communication with their 3rd party vendors are HORRIBLE..... Though the discount is good, orders could take anywhere from 1 to 1.5 months just to be completely be processed and shipped. If you were to weigh out the "time-value" of money, it is better to go elsewhere to maximize the most utility. I'm not being a hater too, this is my honest review.

Had to constantly re-enter my payment info when I wanted to add to cart.
Dissapointing when you find out all of the merchandise that cant be shipped to Canada.
Shipping to Canada considered international, and the ludacris charge that follows.
When I entered the discount code it appeared to raise the shipping cost.So I refreshed the page and didn't enter the promo code.
