They draw you in with the "free" and basic membership. After spending hours creating content, they refuse to allow you to download your project unless you upgrade to paying over $100 for annual subscription.

I was editing a video, first of all its slow it took me like 4 hours to make that video and as soon as i go to export it "video file too big please upgrade to pro"
literally a 6 minute video but ok.

I've been using Kapwing for some time and will cancel my membership soon. It started out as a good online app a few years ago. Now it is getWhen it first came out a few years ago, it was a good online app.ve been having problems with editing scenes and moving. When you delete part of a scene, it automatically moves the rest, or when I move a scene, it just closes the gap. Or when you try and move a scene it never lets you move it to the place it says it will. There are a lot of bugs. They keep making these update videos about great improvements and additions, but I haven't seen any. I need a non-online app going forward but I cannot recommend this app anymore.

My review has been lowered to 1 star. There are subtleties that are incorrect, misaligned, and difficult to edit. However, they want to charge me more and open a business account for me. I am already paying about 25$ a month.

Just stay away and save yourself the sadness. 0/10

I used to love it but lately my content is not loading properly and it has many bugs. Sometimes exporting is stuck at 15% and takes super long to finalize.

Muito bom até aqui. Consegui criar o meu primeiro projeto. Ainda um pouco perdido com a interface dele mais já estou pegando a prática. Minha primeira impressão foi ótima.

excellent application

Waste of time, claims to offer features for free, allows you to upload image, edit, makes you sign up to continue, then tells you that you have to pay. Not clear up front, designed to waste your time.

This company has bad technical support. They fail to offer solutions or refunds. I strongly recommend against subscribing to their service. Opt for another site instead; it's much better.

I am an experienced content creator, and this app deserves a bit more recognition. Falls on the more intuitive side but still requires a little bit of research. Great AI video assistance but could use more in the stock footage library. Nevertheless, it simplifies processes and allows creators to move quickly.

Brilliant for exporting Apple MP4 files to MP3. Quick and easy to use.Will buy a subscription.

tryed to reverse a video but never even saw the butten/setting to do so.looked up a tutorial that was outdated (i think becuse the app looked really diferent in the video) saying all i had to do was inport the video,i did so and nothing happend. it told me to use the tools in the right hand side and nothing looked/was the reverse tool.

Find a better app.
It's good if it works how it should..but it doesn't. I spend hours making a video and then it clitches like as if someone knows exactly what I'm trying to do and is sabotaging my work
.strange strange strange very frustrating especially as I pay for it every month .a video that should take 30 min to make takes 5 hours and it doesn't even get done most times as I'm forced to give up ..find a better app

Kapwing is a REALLY bad website. I made a video, but couldn't export it as the video exceeded 4 minutes. I took the URL and pasted it somewhere else. I couldn't access my video once I closed the tab and now whenever I click on the link it says 'ERROR 404'

I am VERY unhappy at this point and I am hoping I can get my video that I spent 2 HOURS MAKING back.
