K10 charged me €251 for paint damage that I did not cause. At return, a staff member asked me to sign a digital pad without explaining I was authorising a damage charge, and this was deducted from my bank account 2 weeks later. Read the reviews carefully before booking. Would recommend to avoid at all costs

Dit is een criminele organisatie. Na inleveren auto en ontvangst van bewijs op schrift dat auto schadevrij is ingeleverd, ontvang ik een week later een e-mail dat er 800 euro van mij creditcard zal worden gehaald wegens schade. K10 is totaal onbereikbaar. Mastercard zegt dat ze niet kunnen blokkeren omdat ik mijn cc heb vrijgegeven voor borg. Je kunt geen kant op. Huur hier niet!

Überlegt euch gut hier was zu mieten.
Ja ihr habt nachher ein Fahrzeug, aber unter Umständen, ob es was ähnliches ist auch fraglich.
Wie in unserem Falle gab es angeblich nur noch größere Fahrzeuge obwohl ich extra was schmales auf Mallorca bevorzuge.
Wohl nicht möglich und das größere kostet gleich 70% Aufpreis.
Wenn ich gekonnt hätte wie ich gewollt hätte......

I usually always read reviews, and I don’t know why I didn’t this time. I really wish I had, as I would have seen how many other people seem to have had the same experience.

I hired a car for 9 days.

First of all, when we arrived, they made me “upgrade” and pay an additional €180 because I didn’t have a credit card in my name, just my husbands name and wanted to leave my deposit on a debit card. Why it had to be in my name I’ve no idea? What about if a company was paying? We were tired after our flight and she made it all sound so confusing we just accepted it to get out.

Then, when I returned the car, they claimed it needed a “special cleaning service” because there was sand in it. It simply needed a quick hoover, nothing more. That’s exactly what rental companies do with returned cars anyway. There was no stains, dirt, food ect. Just sand and dust from shoes. They signed off the handover without my agreement and informed me they were keeping €100 of my deposit. See pictures of why a “special clean” was apparently needed.

There were no stains, no damage, and nothing wrong with the car other than a bit of dust and sand. It’s an island. What do they honestly expect?

They refused to let me speak to anyone senior and spoke Spanish amongst themselves, making it impossible for me to understand what was being said. When I first arrived the two men also made me stand and wait while one showed pictures of girls on his phone to the other one. Then made no attempt to even say hello, just nodded his head towards the car, put out his hand for the key and walked off. So rude.

Stay well clear of this company. I certainly won’t be using them again.

Am liebsten würde ich 0 Sterne vergeben, wenn es möglich wäre. Es wird dort mit einer Betrugsmasche gearbeitet. Versicherungen die vorher mit abgeschlossen werden, werden vor Ort nicht anerkannt. Es gibt verwirrende Aussagen bezüglich einer Zusatzversicherung. Wir wollten diese ausdrücklich nicht, sondern eine Kaution von 1200€ hinterlegen. Stattdessen wurde einfach ein Betrag von 208€ zusätzlich abgebucht. Da die inkompetente Mitarbeiterin Erika auch noch die falsche email Adresse eingegeben hat, merkten wir dies erst im laufe unserer Urlaubswoche. Als wir sie darauf ansprachen bei der Autoabgabe reagierte sie pampig und verwehrte uns auch das Shuttle zum Flughafen. Wir mussten dann mit dem Gepäck zu Fuß laufen. Wir können nur vor diesem Unternehmen warnen- es gibt noch zahlreiche andere Autovermietungen die nach der Abzocke von K10 ein besseres Auto zum gleichen Preis bieten.

Bij het ophalen was de auto niet klaar. Blijkbaar moet je op je huurovereenkomst het uur van terugbrengen invullen, als je dan iets later de auto terugbrengt maar nog steeds binnen je tijd waarop de dag afloopt bv ophalen dinsdag 11uur, terugbrengen donderdag 08u30 maar je bent er om 09u00 moet je 80 euro extra betalen, maar als jezelf meer dan een half uur op je wagen moet wachten krijg je geen compensatie.

Muy muy muy mal! El personal no es de fiar. Me cobraron 40 € por devolver el coche antes de tiempo. No confío en ellos para nada.

Returned a the car after a 10 days stay in Ibiza and received complaints about sand in the car which doesn't seem unusual but ok. No mentions about any extra costs. Returning home I received an additional cleaning charge AND an additional chare for upgrade of the car I never asked for. What a complete scam, avoid this company if you can!

2, 5 dagen huur een 9 personen bus voor €671,- plus borg €200,- en €100,- voor schoonmaakkosten zand van het strand. En nog niks terug gehad. Pablo is de manager en is niet aardig. Dus niet boeken is het advies.

A fuir absolument ! 4h pour récupérer une voiture pour s'entendre dire que sa coûtera 200€ de plus parce que ce n' est pas la bonne CB on est pris en otage.

Nous avons réservé sur Internet en souscrivant une assurance. Arrivés sur place, obligé de souscrire une assurance soit disant que nous n'en avions pas (mensonge) ! Donc 210 euros de plus !
Il voulait également nous prendre 1200 euros de caution, j'ai râlé et je leur prenais du temps au moment de la fermeture de l'agence donc elle a été réduite à 100 euros ....
Beaucoup de personnes étaient dans le même cas que nous ! De plus, le lieu de la navette à l'aéroport était introuvable ! Agence de location à fuir.

Scam. You think you get a cheap deal but I ended up paying triple. I booked via do you Spain for the agreed only piece. Once at the shop, the K10 company wouldn't take the same card and forced me into paying the triple amount of the cars agreed rental otherwise I would just loose my reservation (an no money back)

Very disappointing experience with K10 Rental Car in Ibiza.

We rented a very basic car but ended up paying a lot more than expected due to multiple extra charges, including an additional driver and mandatory full insurance.

At no point were we informed about any cleaning requirements. This was a beach holiday, and naturally there was some sand in the car — something completely normal in Ibiza.

When we picked up the car, we were told it had to be returned with a full tank of petrol. However, the car was not actually provided with a full tank. This creates an unfair situation where customers can easily be overcharged if they are not paying close attention.

When we returned the car, the staff clearly told us everything was OK. No issues were raised.

However, after we had already flown back to England, we received a message claiming the car was “too dirty” and attempting to charge an extra €100.

This feels extremely unfair and dishonest. If there was an issue, it should have been addressed at the time of return — not afterwards when customers are no longer present to challenge it.

We have rented cars for years in many countries and have never experienced anything like this.

If I could give zero stars, I would.

I would not recommend this company. Be very careful with hidden fees and unexpected charges.

Wij hebben gebruikgemaakt van K10 Mobility op Ibiza, vlak bij de luchthaven. Ondanks de vele negatieve reviews online, hebben wij eigenlijk een heel positieve ervaring gehad.

Het duurde iets langer voordat de shuttlebus ons kwam ophalen, maar dat bleef binnen de 20 minuten en was dus zeker nog acceptabel. De wagen zelf was netjes en in goede staat. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen en correct geholpen bij aankomst.

Ook het inleveren verliep bijzonder vlot, en onze waarborg werd meteen teruggestort. Alle communicatie en bevestigingen kregen we bovendien netjes en snel via e-mail.

Wat voor ons echt doorslaggevend was: de prijs. Wij betaalden ongeveer de helft van wat je normaal op Ibiza kwijt bent voor een huurwagen, en dat voor vijf dagen.

Kortom: wij zouden hier zonder twijfel opnieuw gebruik van maken bij een volgende trip naar Ibiza.

Nicht ohne Kasko ohne Selbstbeteiligung buchen. Bei der Rückgabe wirst du abgezockt. Mängeel die auf dem Bogen stehen sind daann andere wie bei der Rückgabe.
Ich hatte zum Glück Vollkasko o. SB und über Check 24 wurde alles geregelt.

Pessimo , non hanno neanche una cassetta per la riconsegna delle chiavi . Siamo dovuti ripartire di notte per un problema di famiglia e ci hanno addebitato 250€ per abbandono dell’auto
