All round positive experience. All the members of staff I spoke to were polite and profesional throughout. George made buying process easy and communication was always fast and helpful. Very good after care as well, which is alwasy a bonus. The branch its self is also really nice and clearly well kept. Highly recommend.

My second car from Just Audivw, first car was an Audi Q3 sold to me by Sam Booth four years ago which he delivered a brilliant friendly and honest sale. During my ownership I have enjoyed an excellent relationship with customer services looking after all servicing and any repair issues flawlessly. I have since kept in touch with Sam and always enjoy a chat with him when I brought my car in for any work. When the time came for me to change my car I sought advice and spoke to Sam on many occasions to decide on which car to purchase. This time an Audi Q2, again a very pleasurable experience and totally happy with choice of car and its high level of preparation. Due to the excellent level of service I have always enjoyed with Just Audivw, my choice of car dealer would never shift elsewhere because of my faith in the quality of sales, service and friendly staff at all levels.
Many thanks again Sam and Just Audivw. I look forward to my continuing relationship

The whole experience with the team, from initial sales engagement with Steve, completion of order with Sam, through to the final handover with Connor, was faultless. The team was friendly, professional, and easy to deal with throughout the process. The purchasing journey was straightforward and hassle-free (apart from my dealings with the bank to release the funds!), and the handover was comprehensive, with clear explanations and detailed information provided to ensure a smooth transition. I would highly recommend them.

It was our first purchase of a camper van and Conner the salesman was exceptional he could not of been more helpful in sorting out our part exchange to giving us the best deal he could
I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a motorhome camper van or car they are very professional in what they do
Once again thanks to Conner

From start to finish George was great, not pushy and went above & beyondS

Highly recommend this company when buying a car, nothing was to much of an ask.

Thanks again George & co @ JustAudiVw

We had a very easy and relaxed purchase of our motorhome, Sam was very helpful, not at all pushy and us gave plenty of time to examine the vehicle while deciding and on the day of pick up, hand over was very good Sam went through everything we needed to know. All the staff we met, and spoke to, were friendly and helpful. All the motorhomes we looked at were very clean and tidy. Thanks Sam

We had been looking for our dream Motorhome for a while and came across Just My Motorhome whilst visiting friends in Lincoln.
We can’t recommend them more highly!
We were lucky enough to be met by Connor who was just amazing! From start to finish he was fantastic. Full of knowledge, enthusiasm and absolute charm. When we returned a week later to purchase our beautiful new Motorhome Connor was away for his birthday and although disappointed not to be dealing with him again Sam took over and was equally helpful and charming.
Never parted with £50k quicker and with such confidence! Both a credit to the firm. We are delighted with our beautiful van and can’t wait to get on the road! Thank you guys and thank you for the follow up call just to see if we are enjoying our Motorhome xxx Aneliese & Michael

I cannot impress just how good the team at Justaudivw are. I have used their services for many years, everybody that I have encountered from the senior management, sales, reception,, service and cleaning staff are welcoming and friendly. The team are straightforward, honest and have always gone an extra mile to make sure I have the very best customer experience. I recommend them without any hesitation.

We’ve just bought a car from Just Audi VW and the whole experience was smooth and efficient from start to finish. Scott was friendly, helpful and professional throughout, and we never felt pressured into making a decision. Excellent service from start to finish—we would definitely recommend them.

We had a very easy and relaxed purchase. Connor was friendly and very helpful, even phoning after hours to sort out paperwork, so our campervan would be ready to pick up first thing in the morning. Part exchange was reasonable and straightforward. Not at all pushy and gave plenty of time to examine the vehicle, take for an unaccompanied test drive and examine on the day of pick up. All the staff we met, and spoke to, were friendly and helpful. Many thanks again, Connor..

From start to finish, the process was smooth, well understood and explained.
Sam and Adam were first class as was the service.
Thank you

Fantastic from start to finish
Could not have been more pleased
Scott was a great in overseeing my new car purchase
Traded in my old car, and purchased a Range Rover Evoque
Scott sorted all paper work to change private registration
All in all, would highly recomend

My experience was excellent from start to finish
Tyler McGrath covered it all from start to finish he explained everything and when I arrived the car was gleaming and ready to go. It's 5 stars everyone involved in the process and the handover from Tyler put the finishing touches on the sale

From start to finish of my car buying journey, Chris was nothing short of exceptional. Every question I had he was able to answer, he knew the cars I was looking at inside and out, and he clearly has a passion for cars which helped massively differentiate him from “just another car salesman”. If you are wanting a car, I’d highly recommend speaking to Chris at Just Audi VW!

Myself and my partner recently bought a beautiful Audi A4 Allroad Quattro on a 2017 plate not only was we surprised to find a beautiful Car and at a decent price we also received a fantastic Customer Service experience from the person we now know as Tyler McGrath not only was a professional and courteous throughout who he also was mature beyond his years to say I was impressed by the young man was an understatement It remains to be seen if the after service is as good as the sale but I see no reason why they would go down in my estimation on what I’ve seen so far so big well done to everyone at Just Audi Volkswagen in Lincoln particular Tyler keep up the good work young man you done your Company proud

Guys made getting my new van quick & easy. Great job was done by all & everyone was super friendly.
Highly recommend this company

A fantastic experience from start to finish!

We’ve just purchased our first ever campervan from the team at Just My Motorhomes, and what could have been a daunting experience for complete newcomers was made incredibly easy and enjoyable by Adam, Connor and Sam.

From the very beginning, they were friendly, helpful and extremely patient. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They took the time to answer all our questions, guide us through the process and make sure we understood everything. The regular phone calls and updates between purchase and handover were also greatly appreciated and gave us complete confidence that we were in good hands.

The handover itself was excellent. Every aspect of the campervan was carefully explained and demonstrated, with plenty of time given to make sure both my wife and I understood how everything worked. We never felt rushed or that any question was too silly to ask!

It’s clear that customer service really matters to this team, and that made the whole experience so enjoyable.

We’re absolutely delighted with our campervan and would like to say a huge thank you to Adam, Connor and Sam for making our first purchase such a positive and memorable experience.

A fantastic company and a brilliant team — we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy a campervan. Five stars from us! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My whole experience using just Audi vw has been a pleasure from beginning to end. They were very accommodating and helpful with any questions that I had. A big thanks to Connor for helping me sort my new car out and being very helpful all the way through the process. Thanks everyone, love my new car!

Always exceptional. I would struggle to go anywhere else to buy a car... Staff are always polite and helpful and whenever I've needed any work doing, they go the extra mile. I've sent family and friends there and they've all raved about the service.

The people at JustAudiVW understand the meaning of the word service. From booking the repair, service reception and loan car handover to completion of the repair and handing back my car the ream in Lincoln were courteous, efficient and friendly. Unlike experiences I have had elsewhere before I started relying on JustAudiVW, having servicing or repairs done by JustAudiVW is hassle free and always cheaper than expected. Real value for money. Thanks JustAudiVW.
