once u figure the interface out everything works very smooth, the product it very slick but that's not joomshaper strong point ...their strong point is customer service pretty damme fast, and they have a chat that actually works.
price is not everything but for what joomshaper delivers its a bargine

I have been a customer for at least 3 or 4 years, and during this time, the quality of the extensions and the support provided have always stood out. Whenever I needed assistance, I was promptly attended to with effective and well-targeted solutions.

Suggestions for Improvement
I would like to highlight an opportunity for improvement in the SP Property extension. Recently, a feature was implemented to make property images clickable, which significantly enhanced the user experience. However, extending this functionality to the homepage property search module (SP Property Properties) would make the user experience even more consistent and intuitive.

I reaffirm my satisfaction with JoomShaper's products and support, which have greatly contributed to the success of my projects. I will continue to be a loyal customer and highly recommend the platform to anyone looking for practical and reliable web development solutions.

A big thank you to Joomshaper for their amazing support - once again. Following some issues with a hacked website from an extension added by a developer - they were able to advise me about upgrading my Joomla versions. As I am not too technical they guided me through the whole process and even helped me with issues on my own server and hosting account. Everything I asked they helped me with.

I had help from Toufiqur who had helped me a few years ago with a site. He completely understood my issues from the first conversation and put my mind at rest - restoring my site in quick time. He even went further helping me with other issues and helped me understand how to fix them myself.

I would definitely recommend Joomshaper and I am currently bringing 2 other customers over to Joomshaper templates for their website - utilising the page builder software.

Amazing support

Eigentlich ein gutes Produkt, aber man ist bei dessen Einsatz als Nutzer regelmäßig damit beschäftigt, Fehler zu beheben und die Dokumentation zu durchsuchen. Bei einfachen Verständnisproblemen, wird einem im Support-Forum schnell geholfen. Bei richtigen Bugs und Problemen kommt nur eine kurze Antwort, damit das Ticket bearbeitet aussieht und danach folgt wochenlang nichts.

Wesentliche Teile der Produkte funktionieren einfach nicht. So kann ich im eingesetzten Template Farben und Schriftarten in manchen Modulpositionen nicht ändern, obwohl es eine solche Funktion im eingesetzten Framework gibt und viele Probleme mehr.

Den Anlass zu dieser Bewertung gibt mein x-tes Ticket. Dieses Mal, weil der Videoplayer nicht mehr funktioniert, wenn man die Mute oder Loop-Option verändert. Ein Support-Agent schrieb man kümmere sich, um das Ticket als bearbeitet zu kennzeichnen. Dann passierte erstmal gar nichts. Wie immer, wenn man Probleme mit dem SP Page Builder hat, sind die Mitarbeiter dann nicht in der Lage, das Problem bei sich nachzustellen, sondern erwarten, dass man die lokale Testumgebung online zur Verfügung stellt. Das habe ich getan, woraufhin der Mitarbeiter allen Ernstes behauptet, das Problem mit dem Videoplayer läge an fehlendem SSL oder einem nicht vollständig angegebenen Pfad zum Video, obwohl das Video offensichtlich nur mit bestimmt gesetzten Optionen im Page Builder nicht funktioniert. Mal wieder eine Ausrede, weil man keine Lust hat, seine eigenen Bugs zu fixen.

Haltet Abstand von diesem Produkt und geht lieber zur Konkurrenz, wo es echten Support gibt.

Support is outstanding! They even provided help at late hours of night (for them), and carefully explained issues and solved them. Toufiq not only solved the problem, but took time to allow me to execute the solution by myself and make sure it was done correctly.
